If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. Not only did I get an infection in my face from the bad crown work they did. The office staff Helia to be exact are crooks & unethical on every level. My insurance co paid them 100% of all services I recieved. They are refusing to reimburse me the $1900 they insisted I pay before they even filed my insurance. I have now hired an attorney & am filing a complaint with the texas board of insurance. They are unethical and I know now 100% I am not the only one this has happened to at this office. But I am doing my best to make sure I am the last...

Below response is untrue. They have not tried to remedy the issue or there unethical practices at all. I have had my insurance for 23 years & they know nothing about what is covered or not. If this had been attempted to be fixed WHY would I still be furious? Still without my money owed to me & have hired an attorney?? Hmmm??
