If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Had simple cavity fillings done and now having chronic pain because of what they did. Said they would reimburse me but never did. I had to pay another dentist out of pocket. They had a temp dentist come in and didn’t even tell me. Do not go here!

I have taken my son to many dentists. Dr. A was by far the best dentist to work with kids ever! Hands down and hats off to one of a greatest dentist ever to work with children. I have been to multiple pediatric dentists and none had the skills to work with my child like this dentist. Amazing, truly amazing.

This is regarding my mother she is a old lady as well as chf CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE went for consultaion few days before as she had just couple of teeth and wanted to get denture.Doctor asked her to get first these 2 teeth pulled out as well as another 2 which we were not aware of may be very very small.ANYWAY,everything was okay they asked us to come for impression so get the measurement for denture.Anyway,in the beginning told us that they got approval from insurance so work got started we also asked in the begining if we can get her denture little earlier being told yes we will try if everything else will be healed so we were very very careful and got healed very quickly.They asked us to come so can take measurement and start working on denture but they told us that they did not take the approval my question is what were they waiting for.Are they not doing their job properly or what?yes,one more thing to add when they took first 2 teeth out assistant did not bother to give us any post procedure pkg.Anyway,my mom is very very upset. Alisha or do not know the name I think office manager yelled on us yelled on my mom you can not yell at CHF patients.Alisha that is the name she told us but I think she is a manger is so stubborn I do not know if she is Mgr or what but not polite.I called the insurance got approval they send us the mail week ago and also told me will send it to the doctor as well.Now,they refusing to do her denture if they didn't want to complete the job why did they started they wasted our time now have to do everything again call the insurance and take aproval again

They only care about making money. I went there when I was pregnant on my first trimester. They brought be an estimate of somewhere around $4000 to do 2 root canals with crowns, they lowered price for cash payment and worked hard to try to convince me to do. Thank god I didnt do it! I end up finding out that I only need one root canal. They were going to ruin a perfect tooth.

Everyone was very helpful, informative and caring which is what everyone needs from the time you walk in the door to when you walk out. I appreciated this appointment and look forward to coming back. This review is more related to the kind of work environment the management has created here. This is the worst kind of work place you can think of and I'd never recommend anyone to ever go work at this place. The manager (wouldn't write her name here) is responsible for all this - She is a dental hygienist herself but she would never entertain any patient. It doesn't matter how busy the place gets, and how other assistants are working tirelessly without even getting time for water/lunch. She has zero respect for employees, and treats everyone as she owns them. Management expects the assistants to keep standing (literally for 8 hours, if you are sitting probably you're not working). They expect assistants to Mop the floor,clean the entire Clinic like a janitor, do lab work, x-rays even without proper protection. You can easily find the manager shopping online, being busy on facebook, chatting to on phone throughout the day instead of her actual managerial/hygienist duties.
Pros of working at this Place:
* Can not think of Any.
Cons:
* Really bad pay.
* No Insurance.
* No Benefits.
* No time for lunch (Most days) - Lunch time starts at 1 and ends at 2. So, it doesn't matter what time you leave, you will have to be back before 2. They don't care if you have had lunch or not.
