Arrived at 2:45pm, sent back right away. During my x-rays the technician forgot about me. I sat in the x-ray closet about 30 minutes before someone else noticed I was there. I eventually got to the dental exam room and was time five times, "the dentist is running behind and will be with you shortly. " Their definition of the word "shortly" could better be interpreted 1 1/2 hours. If they cannot keep up with the business they have, they should stop booking and get caught up. Waiting is understandable but not that long. Furthermore their staff was nice except one young lady assisting the dentist, she was rude borderline hateful when questioned, she took no responsibly and blamed her CO-WORKERS and the DENTIST. The dentest Dr. Sarah was very kind as well as the hygienist...

I was traveling from Houston on family business here in San Angelo, when I had a front tooth just fall out. Aspen Dental welcome me as a "Walk In." Dr A and his staff could not have been more accommodating. The professional care they gave me was AWESOME.
If I resided here in Angelo, I would continue my care with Aspen. Thank you so much!!

my time at the office and with the personnel was one of the better things that has happened to me. they are very nice and easy to get along with. they answer any questions that I had and helped with anything that needed to be fixed or done. I am very glad that I have joined the aspen dental patient listing.

To all who avoid the dentist at all costs Aspen Dental is the place for you. The staff is friendly, provides great customer service, and make you feel comfortable. I would like to give a big thank you to Dr. Abe, Dr. Johnson, Pamela, Alex, and Shayla. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental.

As a new patient, there are alot of services where purpose of scans, screens and equipment usages took place yet were unexplained to me. I spent some time inquiring about the various service codes purpose vs intent to validate if recommendations were beneficial to my overall dental health.

The hygienist is great, she listened to my concerns, problem history and adjusted her plan to ease my experience. Normally, I require a numbing agent injection, but she was able to conduct a cleaning without the painful numbing agent so she gets an A+ from me.

Advice...be sure to verify authorized/ unauthorized services via your insurance plan prior to acceptance. Also, pay special attention to your total invoice and consider alternatives for costs not covered under dental plans. I was able to reduce several associated costs by using other medical entitlements and access.

Overall, a good experience but 4 stars given due to the lack of explanations of equipment, some services and that $135 toothbrush they'll toss on the invoice, which is definitely not an authorized or covered expense via a majority of our dental insurance plans. Luckily, I caught it in time based on others reviews and had it removed from my total invoice costs.

I came to this office as a new patient. On the day of the appointment the office called saying they had cancellations and asked if I could come sooner. I was happy to help them out but when I arrived I waited about 10 minutes. The Dr seemed nice enough but you could tell they were all new staff and was trying to train people. I left with a treatment plan and paid for the treatment up front. I had 3 appointments one for a crown prep and a cavity filling, another for 3 small cavities all on one side, and then another for the crown placement. I needed all the work done prior to a possible insurance drop later the next month. On my first appt for the crown prep and cavity filling I had an appt. at 5 pm on a Monday. The posted hours are until 8 pm on Monday's. I arrived on time and waited for about 20 minutes to be taken back to a room. Then I waited in the room for the Dr for another 40 minutes at that time one of the staff came in to tell me the Dr was running behind and they could only do 1 filling today because it was already 6 pm and I would have to reschedule the crown prep. I explained that I was looking at have no insurance later the next month and asked when they could get me in the soonest due to having to wait 2 to 2 1/2 wks for the crown to be made and back to the office. The difficulty in getting an appointment that would work was beyond ridiculous. I also found it funny that they would have to numb me 3 times instead of 2 times and having to receive additional charges. I left with no work completed and appt's scheduled but now I'm receiving emails for appointments that I told them would not work. Beyond exhausted dealing with them. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they just would have called PRIOR to my appointment and let me know that the Dr was running late and asked to reschedule. And then made it a priority to find a time that would work well. I wouldn't have wasted over an hour waiting around for them to tell me they couldn't do the work.
