My experience was great, Dr Johnson and his assistant were very professional and caring and i cant wait to go back to finish my scheduled dental plan they have created for me, so i can enjoy my new smile.

While the staff was running behind on the day I was there, everyone was very professional and courteous and were obviously doing their best to get caught up. I'm sure that on a normal day this is a very efficient dental office.
I was quite pleased with the services I received. They were thorough in getting x-rays and the doctor took her time to go over everything that was involved with the procedures I am considering. She answered my questions and was very understanding. Following my exam and consultation the staff member who provided me information about the cost of the procedures was also polite, thorough and professional. I'm giving the 5-star rating based on my belief that most days aren't like what I experienced with regard to wait times. I plan on continuing my care with this office.

I had an appt for 2:15 pm. Arrived at 2 pm. At 3 pm, I asked what time my appt was according to them - they said 3 pm. 1st lie. At 3:45 pm, I was taken for xrays - almost 20 total. Tech didn't seem to know what she was doing and so kept taking more xrays. Then I sit in a chair for 15 min before the hygienist comes in. I reiterate I made the appt because I have tooth pain. She says I have to have her exam before Dentist can see me. According to her, my gums are in terrible shape and I need deep cleaning every three months. I ask how much that costs, she doesn't know. Finally, dentist comes in and actually listens to me about tooth pain and finds a small cavity that needs a buckle fill. He says get that fixed and a cleaning and I am good to go. No mention of this deep cleaning requirement every three months. Then I go see the money guy. He tells me the buckle, some sensitivity paste and the deep clean will cost me almost $430 after insurance. I say can't afford. Then he calls some one about irrigation and then tells me the new cost is $330. Nope - how much just to fix the tooth, the one I came in here to get fixed? Oh, that's $17. Fine, I want that, nothing else. The next avail appt is the next day at 5:30 pm which doesn't work for my schedule so I am stuck waiting over a week to get the tooth fixed and dealing with the pain. I know my appt was for 2:15 pm, it was the only time available for that day. They changed it without notifying me to 3 pm. Seriously lack of integrity and honesty with this clinic. Then taking an excessive amount of xrays followed by telling me I need deep cleaning at over $400 per cleaning, every three months?! Let's just fleece the average guy trying to get by so they can make up for lost revenue this past year. From start to finish, I was at Aspen Dental for 3 hours and 20 minutes and still stuck with tooth pain for another ten days. This is not dentistry, this is a clinic whose only concern is pushing expensive treatments, it's all about the money and never about taking care of people. Once this tooth is fixed, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ASPEN DENTAL AGAIN !!!!! Really sucks because I have to wait six months before my insurance will authorize another exam, xrays and cleaning. Thanks for nothing Aspen Dental, how about I charge you for wasting over 3 hours of my time yesterday?

Everyone is always friendly and informative of anything that they are going to do. They seem to really care.

Very unhappy with my experience. The hygienist kept knocking the instruments against my teeth during her evaluation and then the dentist did it intentionally to "see if I had any pain". Very poor technique. I was trying to schedule a cleaning but they would not do a consult and cleaning on the same visit, which I have never had any other dentist refuse to do a cleaning for a new patient. So after my consult they tried to schedule my cleaning for another day, but they had issues with my insurance. The manager promised to call me the next day with an answer and she never called. Probably going to cancel my cleaning appointment and find somewhere else. I would NOT recommend this place and will not be going back.

Everyone was very courteous and kind. They worked very hard to get my dentures just right. They were attentive to my needs. I sincerely appreciate all their efforts to get everything right.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are great. My teeth were really bad and embarrassing. They made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail every step of every procedure they performed. I used to dread coming to the dentist because I didn’t wanna be judged or talked down on and they didn’t do any of the above. They were amazing, friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend them and will use them for all my and my families dental needs.

Friendly people they made me feel as comfortable as I could be and explained everything.
