My father needed his dentures fixed ASAP. His health was literally at stake by not being able to consume the nutrients necessary to help him heal. He needed to be able to eat, to chew nuts and other essential foods. My experience was super duper! Dr Johnson and his crew, Mariah, Marisa & literally EVERYONE there were very professional and caring. They were COMPASSIONATE and had him up and going so quick your head would spin. Today my daddy was able to have his surgery because his health had improved enough to withstand surgery. He is in recovery right now. GOD IS GREAT! And so is Dr. Johnson and his amazing staff!

I was sold on Aspen by the Warranty ONLY then when a tooth came out of my top dentures 3 times in a month…had to miss 3 days work but the kicker is a hard reline IS NOT covered while the warranty is in place…very unhappy

Horrible patient service experience. I am a caregiver for a 94 year old lady. Aspen cancelled her appointment 2 days in a row. Without even contacting us. I got her to the office for the doors to be locked and they tell them they are closed. 2 days in a row. Why schedule the second appointment and send the confirmation text if they are closed? No answers from anyone... This poor lady has 2 broken vertebrae and they had me get her out twice For NO reason.. Now she has an infection from the tooth we have been trying to get looked at and we are in a rush to try to get her some relief and antibiotics. Thanks Aspen.

I have been dealing with a visit from a year and a half ago because they keep neglecting to submit the claim to my insurance and are just lazily trying to get the money out of me personally. I have been taken to collections twice and all Aspen has to do is submit the claim to my insurance and the account will be taken care of. However, they would rather just not do their jobs and send me to collections even though they have had my insurance information since the day of service.

They have been completely impossible to reach by phone throughout this process and have been no help whatsoever.

I am so glad I waited to do this. My first visit was awesome. I mean really awesome! People were friendly and efficient. And very quick. I set appointment up for next visit and left.
My second appointment was to be 04/21/2021. I recieved 2 text from Aspen dental to remind me of appointment. I arrived for that appointment on time to find a hand written notice taped on door, OFFICE CLOSED TODAY, sorry for inconvenience.
I am really upset that they couldn't call and reset appointment. I really feel disrespected as a paying customer.
I am sorry for their problems but they could have called, texted, or emailed me.

Sketchy, corporate monster. Online I booked for a broken tooth repair. I made it clear I only wanted my tooth repaired. They made me get X-rays and cleaning I didn’t even need yet, wasted 3 hours of my time just to be told they can fix my tooth in 3 weeks!!! They got their money out of me, but lost me as a patient. Just be honest upfront.

I will not use another Dental Service - one stop shop. I made an appointment for some pain and ended up needing surgery a couple of months after my initial visit. Everyone I spoke with were professional and personable. From the two ladies working the front desk (managing all of the insurance issues and the public ) hats off to you two! The Xray tech! was cool. The Dental Hygienist is Awesome felt like I was talking to a family member. Aunt Hygienist. Today I had a tooth pulled and Jackson is the man. Made sure I was numb and the bomb assistant that made sure I was comfortable with a great playlist and soft tool for my head to rest on.
Thanks for taking care of me!

Honestly the worst dental office I have been to. Every time I have an appointment I wait over an hour in the waiting room and an hour in the chair just to be seen. I had an issue and was seen towards the end of the day, waited an hour to be told nothing can be done for me. My issue is a very nagging and a sensitive one and they just turned me away because it was 15 mins to closing time and the work did not want to be done. Unfortunately I have already paid in full for my service so I have to go back but that will be my final visit. I will never recommend this place to anyone! And please do not give me an automated response to call someone to resolve this issue. That needs to be done internally! Poor operations, planning and care for the people who keep your doors open. The corporate office needs to sit and have a meeting to better each and every location.

The staff was good but after 90 minutes of explaining that all I wanted was a tooth extraction for a severely decayed and painful tooth and all I got was a $9K treatment plan and no extraction for two weeks. I was already on Antibiotics do there was no reason for a delay. They advertise emergency care but don't provide it. They also falsely advertise extractions for $127 but was offered the extraction for a "reduced" rate of $212. Like I stated, the staff was good but their deception and rates are unacceptable.
