Don’t waste your time with this dental office. Horrible front desk/office staff!! No one ever answers the phones. You are asked to leave a message with a guarantee of a return call within one business day. That’s a complete lie. I left a message on 11/5/21, 11/8/21 and again today 11/12/21. No one has made an attempt to call me back. Sadly this is not the first time this has occurred. They don’t even deserve one star.

It’s unfortunate to see 1 star reviews from people who don’t understand the importance or cost of maintenance for healthy teeth. Poor brushing and flossing leads to tooth decay and cavities, parents; a dentist is highly trained and in high demand; let’s be thankful for their time. We’re very fortunate to have the technology and techniques we have nowadays. I suggest anyone contemplating writing a review, look at their own home habits and social abilities before disparaging a Doctor of Dentistry and their professional offices/staff.

Amazing oral surgeon and staff! I was so scared going in after a previous bad experience a few weeks ago with another dentist, but I experienced no pain during numbing or tooth extraction and they were fast and so reassuring. I will definitely come back for all future dental needs.

I went in for an oral surgery consult and Dr Paul and everyone else was so nice and answered all my questions. I have bad dental anxiety and they put me right at ease. I got my procedure scheduled for Monday and feel fully confident.

They are all great and really nice. The staff seems to care about their patients and the doctor was super nice and really quick and takes the time to make sure that you're numb before he starts anything

Not a huge fan of their policy for appointment confirmation, however, they did absolutely amazing with my 15 month old and making sure he enjoyed his experience and wasn't traumatized.

My mom had surgery on 9/9/2021 at Apple valley Dental. They removed
9 teeth, were supposed to shave down bones and ready to be fitted for dentures. During the surgery she was treated
horribly. She kept having to beg for them to suction her mouth. After
1 week of recovery, she was swelling very badly. Had stitches
coming out of her gums, skin flaps that were causing pain and
was unable to hardly drink or eat. Her and I both tried calling the on call dentist friday and saturday 9/17 and 9/18. I never received a call back. On
09/20 I finally got someone at Apple Valley and they said they
couldn't get my mom in for 4 days despite her being in so much pain,
swelling and unable to eat. So again on 09/20/2021 she went to
another Dentist. They told her that she still has bones AND skin that
still need to be removed and that they sewed her cheek to her
gums. They also said they didn't irrigate her mouth properly. Now my mom has to suffer through another surgery because they destroyed her mouth... DO NOT GO HERE
