I have had 9 teeth removed in my life, yesterday was the first one by this company. It was the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist. Dr.Godbolt and assistant Cierra treated me. They made me feel like I was the only patient in the world. The receptionist, dental assistant and dentist himself all had nothing but time and friendly conversation to make sure everything I could possibly wonder was answered and even questions I didnt know I had. The atmosphere was great and I cant wait to bring my kids. Even though i live nearer another of their locations I may just switch us all to this one permanently. I was in and out for an extraction plus new patient paperwork and set up new appointments in less than an hour and he was finished pulling it before i even realized he had started. I felt absolutely nothing AT ALL. Honestly kinda excited for my next visit.

Husband had a badly infected abscess tooth apple valley dental on division got him in the same day and we were even 15 minutes late for his appointment and they still Made us feel important. The dentist that we saw Had a lot of people he was treating but still Took the time to listen to our concerns and his confidence was reassuring. He gave us an option to have a root canal which my husband did want to do but by the next day his face had doubled in size because of the infection in his tooth and because they were booked through the following week for root canal’s we decided to have it extracted instead so we went back the following day and had the tooth extracted by the same dentist and even though very busy He was still very professional and confident and got my husbands Tooth out with no problems.

I went to spokane division st location today to see Dentist Hsiao. The staff was friendly and got me right in, did not waste a second of my time as per other dentist or dr's. His surgery crew was competent and efficient and went right to work. These guys(gals) are good. Dentist Hsiao is a BOSS! highly recommended

This place is ridiculous! Besides not being able to reach anyone & their voicemail always being full, these lovely people marked the wrong teeth on my sons referral! But who cares that we went through the whole process, dentist/referral/oral surgeon & lost three days of work! He was in the oral surgeons chair before the mistake was seen & then told, Oh well sorry but I can’t continue because Apple Valley made a mistake. My time & my sons is just as valuable as yours!!

They were amazing. Very attentive to my anxiety. Listened very well. Took extra care to numb a particularly difficult tooth 3x before we could move on, and they didn't get annoyed at the delay or anything. Very friendly, listens well, and tries to accommodate any way possible.

Apple valley could be a great place! I love multiple locations & open availability they offer. I do not like when they call me 8:30a.m. the day before to confirm & if I don't call back by 12 pm. They decided to remove me from the schedule, This has happened a few times. Many problems with scheduling as well as their wait times .. If I want to schedule I shouldn't be on the phone 25 min while they figure out what they are doing!! I am very patient, but this has been over a year of the same thing repeatedly. I am still waiting for a manager to return my 2 calls!!..
UPDATE: my wait times were all before the pandemic & I now have 3 calls in for a manager with no return call!
