I was warned when given 3 referrals to only go to these guys if the pain was so badd I couldn't wait to get into one of the others. I understand why now I told me if I was laid I would be on 60 day percolation and so I was there they were late took an unnecessary X-rays because they forgot to ask for my x-rays from the referring office and when I refused to sign a form that clearly States the doctor explained everything to me and I had yet to see the doctor they wanted to refer me to someone else because that's their procedure so I hope that this post helps people not fall into their trap of bilking insurance And being forced to sign documents illegally please see copy of documents.

My 12 year old has always been afraid of the dentist, today she had to have a cavity filled, she has “laughing gas” and didn’t have an issue at all ~ I love the people here and would trust them with my children at any time!!

There were some nice people here, but the actual dental care was fairly barbaric. They were more concerned about billing than the actual care. I'm not sure what kind of anesthesia they used, but I could feel everything. Went to another dentist and didn't feel anything with their anesthesia. Switched over to another care provider (TruExpression) that accepted the exact same insurance (Delta Dental) and had a great experience. Everything came standard and the procedures there were painless. At Apple Valley, if you want laughing gas its an "add on". If you want a white filling, it's an "add on". I felt like I was at a used car dealership. I was in pain at Apple Valley! I don't even think they did the final procedure to cement the filling, as it started falling out during the week. I really advise to stay away!!

This place is wonderful. Friendly and kind service. Everyone seems to love their job very much and take it seriously. My children hugged our male hygienist by the end of our visit. First time my children said they had fun at the dentist. They had such a positive time they even forgot about the free stickers 🤣😂🤣😂.

Was the worst place I have eaver went 4 month wait for my dentures and then I got in the dr. Gave me my teeth an run me out so I had to wait 1 months to go back and he did it again he cant fit my dentures at all and I'm not going back and calling my insurance and tell them about that place and the better business dont go to that place it's the worst place dont make the same mistake I did now 6 months with no teeth so no eating I'm var8 upset and keeping my texting nice because i could say so much about the place it's a joke

Great with children! Little granddaughter scared to go but by the time the staff got through with loving and gentle help the visit was a success. The Dentist, Dr. Flinkman is very understanding and he cares about their feelings too, and showed great skill in small mouths. Very pleased!
When I first called for an appointment, I noticed someone from the main offices answered from another city, and they direct you to the correct office for appointments. Some people need to remember 3 months ago was when Covid19 directives began. If someone has waited, or not taken care of their teeth when it should have been done, it then becomes an emergency because the pain is greater. But this does not mean the dentist does not care, nor is it to be done free of cost. Certain guidelines are rigid for Covid19- it is difficult for all of us, so some need to stop blaming everyone else, and just deal with the guidelines like everyone else has to.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and everybody seemed in a bad mood, the nurse didnt numb me all the way and, the nurse was very careless and wanted to get done as soon as possible, doctor/dentist yelled at me when i cringed from the pain then told me to get up and leave when we are done. I do not recommend this place and i encourage people to take themselves and there childeren elsewhere. Such a horrible experience, i will NEVER be going there ever again nor will i reccomend them to anyone.
