I was the first. I had my teeth pulled in the beginning of March of 2020, a week before lockdown. My denture appointments were lost at other places and I had given up. When I found out about this program, I signed up immediately.
In January of 2021, I was fitted with my new smile. No matter what has happened, the staff has taken care of me. My teeth do not look like dentures. They are beautiful. Thank you guys.

Everything was explained well I received my dentures much faster than expected! Everyone was friendly and helpful all the way through, and I had to wait only a very short time in the waiting room for my appointment. Great place and would recommend it to anyone! HOWEVER to little miss snub nose who thought it was funny to “accidentally” forget to check me in and I waited almost an hour after showing up 20 minutes early, if I was your parents, I would be disappointed that my daughter (who knows maybe it runs in the family) truly missed the meaning of life! I was terrified to get my full extraction. The staff did all they could to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I then continued to have severe pain after my procedure and they got me in right away to make sure everything was healing well and have done all they can to ensure the rest of my healing process is as pain free as possible. I am looking forward to getting my dentures and finally my new smile.

My fiance had been having a very bad toothache for days, when we called Apple Valley Dental....on a Monday, and had an appointment on Tuesday. (Other places I contacted couldn't see him for at least a week.) I was wowed when I walked into their office! It was kinda like being in Disneyland, appearing to be "the happiest place on earth". We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist, as well as, the pleasant clinic supervisor. Waiting room time was minimal. Dr. Paul, (oral surgeon) and Haylee (dental assistant) were both AMAZING!!! The Dr. gave him novicaine and extracted a few teeth, explained aftercare instructions, wrote prescriptions, and he was done within 30 minutes. ( I didn't even have time to go for a coffee, before they were calling me.) My fiancee says this was the best experience he has ever had in a dental office in his life. (and he's 68 years old) I personally worked in the dental feild for 20 plus years, and would not normally recommend chain dental offices, but he and I would both recommend Apple Valley Dental, in a heartbeat. They were MAGNIFICENT!!!

I love this place and had the best experience, they are definitely the only place I will go from now on and I will refer everyone to them. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and they were so accommodating and made my experience great.
Today was my 2nd visit to pull teeth to prepare for dentures, Dr Paul is amazing and the ladies and all the staff are literally the nicest people on the planet, they really care and made this super scary time for me safe and comfortable. I can't give them enough stars!
