Any previous dental fears were relieved from the first moment I sat in the chair. That is huge for me. Dr. Gaunt and the highly skilled staff at Downriver Smiles have helped me gain back my smile! It is a young office with very upbeat personalities. The front desk ladies always do a great job explaining my bill and have worked with me on payment arrangements. I went to one dentist and the price was outrageous to do what had to be done with my teeth so I went on a search to not only find a good qualified and highly rated dentist but also reasonable about what they charge and I found it in Downriver Smiles on NW Blvd here in Spokane.
I had my procedure done yesterday ( 2/12/19) and am very pleased that they could numb most of my mouth through all the work Dr. Gaunt did.
My tooth nerves are highly and hyper sensitive and never go completely numb which makes dental visits a nightmare for me but he found a way to do it that 98% of the sensitivity was deadened which I was most grateful for.

Dr. Gaunt is very good at what he does. He is one of the best dentists I've ever had. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well. To them you are more than just a number, you are a person and thats what i love the most about them. They treat you like you're family, and they do their absolute best to actually save you money. Take it from one person who used to be terribly afraid of going to the dentist...Dr. Gaunt is AMAZING, in fact, all the staff at Downriver Smiles are! They were so understanding of my fear and helped me feel completely at ease. I have had a lot of dental work completed by them, and I am no longer embarrassed to smile...and smile BIG!
