This is my first time going to Sweet Smiles Family Dentistry because they are one of the few places that take my insurance ever since I had to switch. The person who first took me back to the room was not rude to me in any way, but she was not the most friendly person to be greeted with and did not even introduce herself, so I do not even know who was taking care of me. Though I would not say she was completely curt when talking, her replies did not make it easy to ask her questions or start a conversation. When she was taking X-rays of my teeth, she at times used a little too much force, making it hurt while she taking the pictures. I didn't find out until later at night, when I got home, that I ended up with a blood blister in my mouth from when she pushed the plastic part in my mouth a little too hard and a little far. But the experience was not all bad. Right after the X-rays were taken, she switched places with Lisa. Lisa was very nice and explained things very clearly when I had questions concerning the condition of my teeth as well as how to improve them. She was very gentle when cleaning and polishing my teeth and I had a great time conversing with her. On top of that, Dr. Muddana was very considerate and also helped to clarify and questions I may have had. So I would say that my overall experience was pretty satisfactory.

Rosie is the best dental hygienists that I’ve ever had! She takes her time and makes sure all of your teeth are perfectly clean. I will request her again next time I go! Thank you, Rosie!! Everyone of the staff is so friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and professional. The hygienist Rosie was very gentle and my teeth have never felt so clean! She even took the time to educate me on proper brushing techniques and oral care.

The quality of care is amazing! The dentist was gentle, compassionate and knowledgeable. Her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They could tell I was in pain and nervous, but when I left the office felt like I made some new friends.

I have a ton of dental anxiety and sweet smiles was so great!!! They were quick to get me in and all the staff were wonderful and friendly! I had trouble getting numb and the dentist was patient and kind. I absolutely loved my experience there and would recommend it to anyone, especially children and people with anxiety about going to the dentist 🦷 And that’s the tooth.

I took my 6 year old daughter to sweet smiles 6 months ago and she needed a tooth pulled they made her feel so comfortable as well as myself cause I was nervous as well. Lol Then yesterday It was my turn to get some fillings done. They were Great! I did not feel anything the doctor gave me shot to numb me and I did not even feel it and before I knew it they were done with 3 fillings on my front teeth and they look great!! Also even the dental hygenist was very good explaining every step as well as never letting me swallow anything.🤤👍

The entire staff at Sweet Smiles Family Dentristy are kind, compassionate, efficient, professional and caring. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a truly " sweet smile" by the receptionist, Kristine. She then took the time to explain my insurance, and to plan out future visits to ensure coverage. The dental assistant Amanda, was so friendly and knowledgeable, and put me instantly at ease. And the dentist Dr. Provena, explained what was needed to fix my tooth very well, and did an excellent job with great results. I would recommend this dental clinic, with great confidence, to anyone!
