Always a great experience at Sweet Smiles Dentistry! The Dentist is sweet, gentle and explains in detail what actions need to be taken. Rosie, the hygentist was also gentle and took great pride and time in cleaning my teeth. Thank you all!!

They got me in as soon as they could and put me on a cancellation list to get me in sooner! The staff is very nice, helpful and pretty upbeat. Got my fillings done in a quick time and they look great! Gave me great recommendations for an oral surgeon! Have no problems. I do recommend seeing them. The wait may seem long to get in but when you do its worth it.

After an initial appointment to take x-rays, and to determine the dental work I need to determine my future treatment, I didn't hear back about what the appropriate costs would be. I called the office and was told that they would do that. I never heard from them again. If they didn't want me as a patient it would have at least been courteous for them to have given me that information. This is unprofessional and I am disappointed, as I like the dentist I saw and felt comfortable with them.

A very friendly office, every staff person and the doctor were genuinely friendly and interested in my well being. Imaging equipment was easy and up to date. Hygienist did a great job and the doctor came in to complete the cleaning. That does not happen everywhere, excellent.

Staff was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I had to have a lot of work done and they did an excellent job, not only with the dental work but also with keeping my anxiety in check. I will continue to have all my dental work done by then, and i recommend them to everyone.

This is the place to go if you need quality dental care, from cleanings to root canals. This place is especially fantastic if you have insurance through the state of Wisconsin. They're very flexible with their scheduling and I have had to cancel some appointments due to work, but they have always been kind and understanding.

To clarify I am an adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder, so my experience was based on how they treat adults with disabilities.

The first time I went in my experience was OK, not very personal or as friendly as I am experiencing now. But as time went on they got to be really friendly with jokes and priceless moments.

The work they've done is better than previous work of theirs I have seen, and while it is still not perfect for the price (especially for procedures NOT covered by state insurance) it is still great quality. It is hard to see in some instances if it is because of error with me following instructions or error in practice.

Lastly, to clarify, I was going to give a rating of 4-stars, but I gave them the last star because of all the places that still take state insurance (which isn't many), they are great at what they do.

I’m only giving it a two for the sweet ladies at the front desk. I know whomever in charge of responses will tell me to call them but I just don’t think there’s anything to discuss, I’m not a confrontational person. I keep telling myself, at least it was free right?
1. The girl that took me back wasn’t entirely friendly both visits. I get it we have our bad days but both visits?
2. A few of my bottom teeth were drilled into even though I told the doctor I wasn’t numb (this is after getting like 4-6 injections on one side) which I get it you probably can’t inject any more but then I would’ve preferred to come back for a 3rd visit and try again. I felt the nerve being touched and the cavity being removed the entire time. I was crying, digging my nails into my wrists, and practically kicking at the air because the doctor said “it’ll only be a few seconds” which wasn’t true.
3. I had a regular cleaning done after because I figured I’m already here, why not? It can’t be more painful than what I just experienced right? Wrong. The sharp metal electronic tool sliced all of my gum lines top and bottom, front and back.
4. I get home, a few days go by and my gums are still red and swollen- turns out where I was sliced got infected so I had to be prescribed antibiotics and Tylenol codeine for the pain. The inside of my cheek had broken blood vessels all over as well.
5. I had sensitivity ever since I left the place and I read that it’s normal when getting fillings to experience it for a little. It’s been months and I can’t even chew on the left side of my mouth because where my fillings are is so sensitive I can barely drink lukewarm water without it being triggered. The sealant also wasn’t filed/ground down correctly as I can’t even floss between two teeth.
This dentist visit traumatized me so much that when I went to get my wisdom tooth pulled (elsewhere) and they told me I couldn’t be put under I was shaking and silently crying because of how bad it made my anxiety towards dental procedures.

Never again!

I went in, in July 10 weeks ago. I’m still in pain!!

My story I went in, in July because one of my fillings fell out. Instead of just filling in my missing filling the doctor went in and worked on other teeth that had cavities. I was in ZERO pain as soon as the numbing meds wore off I was in the worst pain I’ve ever felt. So then I was being told I might have an infection. I took antibiotics and I was still in pain!!

Week 8 and another visit to her and her not being able to find my pain because there was none!!!!! I chose to go to another doctor and here I am out of an entire tooth because I couldn’t take the pain. So I went from zero pin and issues to loosing a tooth!!

Oh and I’m still in pain so I’m most likely going to loose another tooth!!

The new dentist also said my fillings were all open which could also be causing me pain! And the tooth that was pulled should have had a root canal not a filling which is what was causing my pain she could have asked or left my tooth alone because it didn’t hurt! Never will she touch my teeth again!
