Absolutely ridiculous! I scheduled an appointment for 5:30pm for my fiancée to have an exam, cleaning, and x-rays. We were then told that they couldn't do the cleaning because it was now too late ( it was 5:40pm). Why would you schedule an appointment that late if you knew you wouldn't follow through? Not to mention they still charged him $29. Office visit. And prior to appointment they were calling me constantly to see if he could come earlier. He ended up being able to get there quite a bit earlier, but still wasn't seen until his scheduled ti.e anyway. I also have appointments scheduled for myself and my daughters that I will now be cancelling due to their poor service.

Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Judgmental. Rude. Waited a long time in the chair, then I received what I believe to be a very rushed service. She talked to me while she cleaned my teeth, so, I couldn't respond or hear a thing she said. Then she just walked out to get to her next patient and didn't even bid farewell.There are no walls, just dividers, so you can hear every consultation/conversation in the office. I barely realized they were finished with me, until one of the assistants shoved a toothbrush bag in my hand and walked away. I made a follow up appointment, but, cancelled it shortly afterwards.

They were extremely clean and cautious given the current economic circumstances and Rosie was the most gentle sweet hygienist. All the people were really nice though. Definitely would recommend.

Worst experience at a dentist ever! They were nice, friendly, and it was clean. I thought it would be a good experience, but I was sure wrong. I have a fake tooth in front I asked them not to touch, she kept leaning on it while pulling another tooth. That wasn't even the worst! Where I got the tooth pulled I was bleeding so bad I had to go to the emergency room because it wouldn't stop!! They told me to go back to the dentist to get it packed. I went to the dentist 6 hours after leaving the emergency room (once the dentist opened I called to get in). They wanted me to pay for the visit because "it wasn't anything they did and wasn't considered a follow up". I refused to pay and I'm sure glad I did because they didn't do ANYTHING. They told me because I went to the er that they couldn't do anything and I should just use gauze if it bleeds again. I was bleeding so bad that gauze did NOTHING. I went through 3 bath size towels soaked in blood. The dentist Told me that it was because I had to be smoking that made it bleed. I told her multiple times I don't smoke, but she kept telling me that had to be the reason and there was nothing they could do. Why not tell me over the phone there's nothing that can be done if I told you what happen at the er and exactly what they used?! I will never be going here again. I will also add I've had multiple teeth pulled elsewhere and NEVER had a problem close to this!

The workers at sweet smiles dentist are very helpful and friendly, I have never had any issues since I have been going. I was recommended from someone else to come here and I would also recommend to others!

My wife and I have been going to Sweet Smiles Family Dentistry for the past four years. Whether it was for a crown, extraction or simple cleaning , we have found Dr. Muddana and her staff to be professional, courteous and helpful. Going to the dentist is never fun but if we have to go, we choose Sweet Smiles and Dr. Muddana.

I'm sitting in the chair on day two of getting fillings. First of all its not in a basement. Its a house that was turned into office space. I was taken back early for both Appts. Everyone was professional and kind. And i went to famila last month and they just wanted to pull my teeth... So I came here. I am so glad I did. They saved my teeth and its one of the better trips to the dentist I have had in my life. They are busy so if you don't have an appt expect to wait.... Just like any where else. But as someone who is terrified of the dentist.... This is a good place.

very helpful staff. DR. Muddana and staff keep you relaxed.KIM and Amanda so polite. I did not get the girls name who assisted DR. Great tip to take tylenol before numbing wore off. 6 teeth in one day. yikes. now keep on mind I am writing this while still numb .kidding. Great group. Now it is July 10th getting dental work is a process. Thank you Amanda,kim,nona,alyssa,Dr muddana and newest addition Hannah. Lots of bumps in the road with insurance,fit,etc. They handle like pros. I feel for Amanda and insurance. They are not the nicest. Great group love my Dr and her staff

My daughter had to have her first fillings. Sweet Smiles did a great job reassuring her and were gentle. They also did a fine job on color matching the fillings to her teeth!
