Bright Side Dental - Southfield

I got an infected wisdom tooth extracted and it was super easy. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely nice and friendly. Dr Hall did an amazing job. Highly recommended

Very pleasant experience. I was so nervous and scared about my two teeth extractions but Dr. Elturk and his assistant Nicole were so wonderful. The extraction was very smooth so much better then my last dental office in Farmington. The third day I felt better afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Elturk especially if you are nervous they will ease your mind with a smooth Procedure! I will be back in future!

I had a couple dental issues I had been putting off treatment for out of fear and for financial reasons. I am so glad I finally chose to go to the Southfield Brightside Dental! Nichole was the best assistant ever! Her, Lexie and Dr. Elturk made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to explain things in detail and go over all my options for treatment and answer any questions I had. I never once felt rushed or confused. Throughout the procedure they made sure I was comfortable and okay the whole time.
It can feel embarrassing when you know you need dental work and have been putting it off. With this team there is no reason to feel that way! Only friendly vibes and a very comfortable environment. I highly recommend the Southfield Brightside and Dr. Elturk! I won’t go anywhere else now.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The Doctors and staff are very professional and friendly. Doctor Patel is a outstanding dentist and you can see she enjoys her work and always have a smile on her and is very concern about all her patients. Always has a joke or two to easy her patients down. I would like to also say that her hygienist Heather did a wonderful job on me and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain and throughout the cleaning she continue to ensure I was fine. Assistant Deidre is just like Doctor Patel and Hygienist Heather, she is friendly and professional and made sure if I had any questions or concern about anything that was going on. Wonderful team, keep up the great work.

I am having a hard time putting into words how grateful my entire family is for Bright Side Dental here in Southfield. Amid a pandemic, our 5-year-old son had a dental emergency, and when our regular dentist was unable to see us, Bright Side got us in the next day. Aside from being able to quickly get us on the books, they treated my son like royalty! My husband said it was by far one of the best experiences he's ever encountered. They were terrific, helping my son, who had to have two baby root canals stay calm during the entire procedure. The team was so thorough and truly helped make a pretty scary situation an overall great experience. I would highly recommend any parent to trust the team here at Bright Side in Southfield with their little ones!

My experience at Bright Side Dental in Southfield was none other than exceptional. I was welcomed by a smiling staff and called in for my appointment very soon after I arrived. I was then greeted by a friendly and informative dental hygienist named, Davina. Davina made me feel very comfortable and took her time doing my cleaning. She was gentle but still did a great job. I felt safe in a professional and clean environment. Dr. Elturk was a pleasure to meet and it was clear that he loved his job. I ended up needing to have a couple cavities filled and his humor was great at getting my mind off the procedure. I felt at ease and when he gave me the numbing shot and the whole thing was over before I knew it. I have sent my brother and sister to the same office and they have also had great experiences with Bright Side. My fears of going to the dentist were completely gone after this visit and I will surely be back.

My experience at Bright Side Dental - Southfield was positive and wonderful. Completing the new patient forms was fast and easy using a link on my phone. I didn't wait long to be brought back for X-rays during which the technician was professional, gave clear instructions, and was concerned about my comfort.
The hygienist, Davina, gave me an interesting tour of my X-rays, explained everything she was doing during the cleaning, and patiently answered my questions about maintaining gum health. She also took pictures to show me how to improve my brushing technique. Dr. Patel was kind and efficient, giving me a clean bill of health with no cavities!

I chose this location as my new dentist/orthodontist because of the great reviews i read on google and they are all true!!! from the day i booked my appointment to the day i had my actual appointment, everyone was very professional, welcoming, and nice!!! Dr. Patel and her assistance Nichole were absolutely amazing!!! they made sure i was comfortable during my procedure (getting 4 fillings) and offered a lot of laughs!!!! very inviting business!!! 10/10!!!! don’t hesitate
