I came here after going to another big name dental office with intentions of getting a second look at my teeth. Upon arrival, the office was clean and updated and the technology used to do xrays and pictures was amazing which was an immediate gold star for me. Not only that, but they also turn their Pandora on and allow you to rock out during your entire visit in your section! This was SO cool! The staff was friendly and upbeat and Dr. ElTurk is amazing. Not only is the man a perfectionist, but he's funny too! Gayle was SUPER helpful in reviewing my insurance situation and pricing and the dental assistant Rachel was a sweetheart. I have quite a bit of dental work to get done and I am so excited to be entrusting these people with my smile. This may sound like a "too good to be true" review but this is my honest opinion folks. These people are amazing and they treat you like family. They are definitely worth your time and money!

Dr. Elturk and his entire staff is amazing! From the front desk to Amber (dental assistant) and Gayle (treatment coordinator), I felt well informed and taken care of. Dr. Elturk is amazing and he knows his stuff! I have severe anxiety at the dentist office but Dr. Elturk and his staff helps me through it. His assistant Samone was incredible today and I truly appreciated her patience with me.

Outstanding service! If I could give more stars, I would. I am one of those people who hates going to the dentist and had a really bad experience with a dentist in the past. Dr. Elturk and the staff at Brightside Dental got it. They didn’t judge me. They welcomed me. And they made me feel much better. Don’t put off seeing a dentist any longer - definitely go see them!

So I get pretty bad anxiety over dental procedures. I had to get a root canal last week and was having a panic attack waiting to go into the office. I expressed this to the dental assistant, Sky, and she took really good care of me! She played the music of my choice for me and walked me through the process, reassuring me I wouldn't feel pain once numbed up. Dr. Patel numbed me up real well and the whole thing was a BREEZE after that. I would highly recommend Brightside Dental, especially if you dislike dental work, because they will take very good care of you!

I went to Brightside Dental - Southfield after reading the reviews online. They were very nice and their explanation of my teeth and x-rays was very clear and understandable. I felt like they treated me like one of their own family members. The only thing negative I could say is I did have to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I still highly recommend attending this office.

I was so nervous about having extractions when I made the initial appointment. However Dr. ELturk was very nice, explained the procedure and confident about his treatment plan... Samantha and Ashley also reassured me that I was in the best of hands and that I would be happy afterwards and feel much better.. the entire staff was nice and up beay which made me feel confident and ready to receive treatment....I had minimal pain and I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. ELTURK and staff to anyone scared and holding off dental treatment
