Hylan Dental Care - Cleveland

Avoid this office. Long wait times with overcrowded waiting room. You'll most likely have to stand. Always running behind. I had two fillings done over three months ago and am still dealing with sensitivity and pain on and around the fillings. They always seem to be in a rush. I will not go back here and I seriously regret going here in the first place. I had no pain or sensitivity before the fillings.

As someone who has had anxiety about going to the dentist since childhood, I can happily say that I have had/in the process of having work done that should have been done many years ago. The office staff was very reassuring the first time I called to make an appointment. They are working with me so that the work gets done in the least amount of visits possible.

Dr. Bilal Sajid helped me have one of the most pleasant experiences with the dentist ever! Not only was he kind, friendly, and patient with me, but he really helped me overcome all the nerves I commonly deal with when going to the dentist. He truly made the process as easy as possible. He really went the extra mile when trying to work with me and guide me through the process step by step which, in turn, made the entire process much more manageable. Dr. Sajid went above and beyond all expectations and made the process and experience as great as it could be (when going to the dentist)...
I would highly recommend Dr. Bilal Sajid to all patients who battle with nerves when going to the dentist, deal with anxiety when having to go to the dentist/have dental work done, or just want to deal with a kind, passionate dentist. Initially I was upset and bothered when having to find another dentist, but this particular change turned out to be for the best. I will not hesitate to work with Dr. Said again if/when the time comes. And until then I will continue to speak highly of him and recommend him to anyone needing dental work done.

Do you enjoy high pressure sales with your dental experiences? How about deceitfulness when it comes to your billing? Perhaps you're someone who gets excited by months of spam text messages from businesses you used for one service? Hylan Dental won't tell you they offer these sweet sweet add ons but they do! This placed served up one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Proceed with caution!

🤔🤔Went in today as a new patient. The lobby filled up twice and I was still sitting there. Waited 2 hrs and still not seen😡 . There response to me was there’s nothing they can do, they are tryed there best. My appt was at 215. And I walked out and went else ware at 415. Terrible would not recommend it. Plus the Receptionist had a major attitude that was very unprofessional and totally rubbed me the wrong way..!🤬 They need to higher some real people to schedule and run that front lobby. 😡🤬😒🤯😤

Amazing experience! Best Dentists in the Land!

I've always been scared and have been apprehensive about going to the dentist. The staff at Hylan Dental were professional, kind, and patient with me. They turned a scary situation into a great improvement to my dental health. I'd recommend them highly. I look forward to going again for regular checkups. Mike V.

The folks at Hylan Dental are the real deal. From the receptionist to the dentists themselves and everyone in between. All staff are grade "A" and there work is exceptional. I have never been to a dentist so gentle and professional. Every experience has been a great one.

Love this place! I moved 35 min away, but I won’t change my dentist. Very professional, clean and courteous. A little busy on Saturday, but that’s a good thing. Keep up the great work. Customer for life.

I am so thrilled and relieved that I was able to be seen here. I have extensive work that needed to be completed and the staff was amazing throughout my experience thus far. Rebecca is awesome and is very knowledgeable. The dentists are attentive. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.
