They make you feel very comfortable and show you that they care about their patients. It's not all about the money to them.

I've switched my whole family to this office.

I wished I'd known about them years ago.

Hylan is amazing!! I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years because I was nervous. Finally Friday was the day! I woke up a little bit nervous still, but from the moment Mr. London grabbed me from the waiting room I was comfortable. He thoroughly explained everything that was going to happen from the procedure to my at home care, and was so kind and great at keeping me calm and relaxed. Mr London and Dr Edelstein make a great duo , and I can’t thank them enough for a great experience!

I’m not sure who will read this, but if you are, trust in me when I say that this is truly a trustworthy dentist. I’m 20 years old and ever since I was young, I’ve feared the dentist. (Who doesn’t?!) However even with COVID-19 going on, the staff is attentive and rather more concerned for their patients than themselves. They have more than bedside manner. They made sure to explain the process, between going to the car to wait for my appointment or even waking me to the room. Like I said before, I’m 20 and it was embarrassing but I had cried due to fear of novocaine and fillings, but both the assistant AND the doctor were very descriptive, calm, slow and steady during the procedure. They stopped when I was uncomfortable or my breathing changed. The assistant even went out of her way to keep talking to me and even gently rub my shoulder until the shots were done. Sure, I was in some pain after the work but that’s because you’re in an awkward position with your jaw open for minutes or an hour. But with having 6 fillings done, I was in AND out within an hour. THIS is a dentist office. I highly recommend them and will continue their service until they aren’t needed. :)

So grateful for this place! I had always gone to a dentist and never went back. They helped me with an emergency and made sure I got right in. During my emergency visit they noticed I had some cracking in both top wisdom teeth. I am 28 and from all my bad experiences never went to the dentist to have them removed which resulted in them growing out. I dealt with pain from my wisdom teeth for 10 years. They took them out and as they were I felt no pain. They were kind, gentle and kept me informed of the process. Two weeks later I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed and they were a bit more difficult. The dentist and the assistant were very caring, reassuring. The assistant even hummed songs for me when I asked because I was nervous. They now take care of my Mom and they are wonderful to my 1 year old daughter (even when she’s fussy) Truly appreciate all the employees, they really care.

From start to end was so amazing, they do cater to cowards! I didn't even know he took the teeth out!! I love Hylan Dental Care!! Love you!!!

Six months ago they rescheduled all my family's appointments 2 or 3 times. I made my next appointment when I finally got in and now six months later there doing the same thing but this time I didn't get a text saying they needed to cancel so I waited around for half an hour to be lied to. She said they had sent a text but I didn't get it

I went as a first time patient. I was referred buy a close friend and these people were everything that I was told they would be. They were thorough, compassionate and they really listened to what was happening with me. Sara made me feel at ease. Dr. Lam was very wise and helped me in going forward. Thank you all so very much. Way irresponsible. Made an appointment for my kid for a cavity. Lost a day of work to take her, then when I filled out the info, they tell me that they don't do that kind of work on kids. And no one told me that when I made the appointment. They didn't ask any of the regular questions. Then the only thing they said was, "sorry, it was a new girl." I don't care who it was. If you are working there, do your job right. Nobody paid me for the day of work I lost because of them. Definitely the most irresponsible dental office I've been to. Hopefully I would never use their service, neither would my kids. Irresponsible!!!! And hey Hylan Dental, how come you only answer the positive comments, but never acknowledge the negative ones, which are pretty recent, but you DO answer the positive ones. Way to hide behind the curtains.. Your customer service is pretty bad...

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with their professionalism and the modern dental room equipment. My Hygienist and Dental Surgeon are the best! Even if I no longer lives in Cleveland I will continue to receive my care at Hylands!

Best dentist! My last appointment was the shortest ever. Got me in right at my appointment time and lasted only 20 minutes total from when I walked in. All the hygienists are friendly as well as the dentists. Never feel uncomfortable. Don't even have to go back to reception to schedule your next appointment after. Would recommend!
