Hylan Dental Care - Cleveland

Awesome experience. Entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I was experiencing excruciating pain in my tooth and my dentist, who is now my former dentist was unable to see me. A friend of mine had told me about Hylan Dental Care and how they were excellent and accommodating so I gave them a call. Not only could they see me, but they told me I could come the same day right away. After my arrival, I was seated in the back within 15 min. WOW. What great service and compassion. I recommend them to everyone. Sarah and the rest of the staff was amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been bringing my children here their entire lives and have never had a problem until today. I called today to reschedule my son's appointment after they canceled twice and the receptionist literally blamed their staffing issue on the president giving away so much money for unemployment. She was insanely unprofessional, misinformed and judgemental. I don't want to argue politics while trying to get my kid in for a cleaning. Needless to say, I'll never return to Hylan dental and I will urge anyone that I know to avoid this practice. 100% unprofessional and plain idiotic.

Great staff poor management! Had to wait 20 minutes passed my appointment time. Hygienist was very nice and competent but they were running so far behind that I couldn't see a dentist. So they scheduled me to come again 2 weeks later. This time after waiting 25 minutes passed my appointment time I was put in a room. The person didn't understand why I was there for and left me there for another 10 minutes and that's when I walked out.

This dental office is really great. I went to have an extraction on a broken tooth and I was soooo nervous (very very nervous) about getting a shot on the pallet of my mouth. The boss lady stepped in from her office to comfort me with kind words, offered me a hand to hold through the process and assured me everything was ok and they are here to take care of me. The staff was very patient and went at my pace. Once we were finished, I realized I worked myself up prior to the extraction and I felt barely anything. I actually felt good while she was pulling my tooth and it went y really fast. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST FOR ADULTS👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a fantastic experience at Hylan Dental Care. I broke a molar over the weekend and called to make an appointment. I didn’t really expect anyone to answer on a Sunday, but they did. Susan was so helpful and understanding and helped me find a time that worked with my busy schedule. The office was very nice, and everyone who works there is kind and reassuring. They were able to 3D print a new crown for my tooth and had me fixed up in a couple of hours. If you normally hate going to the dentist, this is the place for you.

Hylan Dental Care rocks! I left behind an amazing dentist when I moved to the Midwest. I was worried I would never find the level of care, competency and compassion elsewhere. Let me tell you, Dr Csok is a sweet and kind as can be! Dr. Lam is rad! Dr. Hylan is great too! The staff from the front desk, dental assistants right down to the hygienist are awesome! I love going to the dentist and this office is where it's at! The ease with scheduling, upfront pricing, care, humor, efficiency of procedures and electronic follow up gets two thumbs up! Can't wait to go back for another cleaning in six months! Thank you for the great care and service Hylan Dental! I'm referring everyone I know to your office!

OMG DR Hodgson is the best ever, I recommend anyone anytime, very respectful, beautiful place. Can't wait to come again!! My hygienist rebecca was AMAZING. She made me and my teeth feel so good, I cannot wait to continue my treatment here!

I’ve been going to Hylan Dental Care for years. I recently had my teeth cleaned by Kaylee. Not only did she do fantastic job on my teeth but was so nice and fun to have her clean my teeth — we both love music so that was an extra perk listening to music. The whole team is professional, welcoming and friendly - which makes it a lot nicer when going to the dentist.

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I had to edit my review being that I actually left them a good one in the past but after today they don’t deserve my kind words. I read reviews while in the waiting room (for an hour) after witnessing extreme unprofessionalism and read that the owner of the practice handed it over to his wife and that’s when business did a huge turn around. And I concur. I watched her run after a man who walked out angry, and scream back and forth with him in the parking lot with the door open for all of us to hear. She was incredibly RUDE to everyone I heard her speak with. She also sent away 2 people who also waited an extensive time to be seen and forced them to reschedule because THEY were running behind. After an hour wait (in which I heard the receptionist tell people on the phone they were behind but nothing was ever said to me about an expected wait time or delay) I saw the doc for 5 mins and walked out as well because I was so fed up with it all and no longer felt they deserved my business. I’ll never return here.
