Hylan Dental Care - Cleveland

Unprofessional!!! Had an appt for the 2nd part of my cleaning, got there and was told the hygienist went to a different location bc they needed her, but what about the patients she had scheduled at THAT location?? screw them I guess. I took a day off work only to be turned down from MY APPT and NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED CALLING TO TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON....like hey maybe you can go to this location bc we had to send her there..how about that for an idea....but nope!! ..it was screw my appt so THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME WITH YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM!! Will surely tell people how you treat patients and go elsewhere like ANGEL DENTAL.

I’ve been going to hylan dental now for about 4 years. The staff and doctors are so friendly and accommodating. I’ve had to cancel and reschedule due to work or family situations and they did everything they could to work with me. I have had a few cavities and have never been a fan of needles, but they’ve always helped stay calm when it comes to the numbing and I truly appreciate that because I always feel so embarrassed! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero star. I had scheduled appointment with hygienist. I waited for 1 hours 25 minutes past my appointment time and asked the front desk lady, how much longer I need to wait for? She said, she has no idea. I cannot wait whole day for my scheduled appointment so I left. These people do not value your time. They are very disorganized. Avoid this place at all cost unless you can wait whole day for your scheduled appointment.

I have seen this company fall apart during the pandemic. They have rescheduled so many appointments I can’t keep tracks. They will try to have you sit in their parking lot for 2 hours when you have an appointment when they open. They are so short staffed they can’t keep the business functioning properly, they don’t fix their mistakes or even apologized. I called to speak to the manager about the issue MULTIPLE TIMES and never got a call back and got an excuse every time because she has nothing to say. After 10 years, I’m getting a new dentist. If you want your time wasted, not respected and blown off multiple times for a teeth cleaning, go right ahead. They aren’t worth the hassle or energy and I will let all my peers know but they too have experienced the same thing and already found a new dentist. Poor management, poor staffing, drama in the workplace. No thanks

Left a message early in the morning and received a phone call back from Susan. She was so nice from the beginning, she helped me set an appointment and was very understanding! When I came in she greeted me, I was seen and my issues were resolved quickly! The staff is so nice to interact with and I highly recommend Hylan dental!

They was rude to me and there waiting area is to tiny, people had to wait in there car or outside and I came there for a root canal And it turns out I only needed a filling which i already paid for the procedure 1k but they gave me half cash even though i gave everything cash now i have to wait for the other cash they owe to load and it might take a couple of days. They have me waiting while my tooth was bleeding instead of doing everything at once they was so busy talking about there day and gossiping to help me with my tooth the manager was there letting the mess happen. Then I called her about my filling and told her it feels rough not smooth like it should be,ill never go there but you do just only get your teeth cleaned. .

The other person who commented and rated one star is absolutely correct. I have been going to Hylan dental for the past 14 years and never had an issue until about 1 year ago. When Dr. Bradley retired, unfortunately his wife started running “the show”. She is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I had 5 appointments canceled without notice…meaning i drove all the way there (32 minute drive) only to be told that I need to reschedule for another day. I have been hung up on by this woman (Susan) numerous times and when I ask a simple question, she gets defensive. Instead of answering the question, she gets loud, aggressive and changes the subject to something that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic needing to be discussed. I actually had an appt last week and the day of my appt, I called first just to verify that I was still on the schedule and was told by Susan (the wife) to find another dentist! No explanation, nothing other than just that. To say that I was shocked and furious, would be an understatement. I AM going to locate another dentist because most of the pleasant and professional staff that worked at Hylan (when I first started going) are no longer employed there anyway. Unfortunately, they have been replaced with people who don’t know how to communicate professionally and kindly to patients and definitely don’t genuinely care about them. But before I do find another dental office, I’ll definitely be reporting Hylan Dental to the dental board since they allegedly “have no grievance department or ombudsman for complaints/concerns.” (So I was told by Susan and also by her equally rude and arrogant daughter Lauren). Please save yourself the time, disappointment and trouble…do NOT go to Hylan dental. Those pearly white, shining smiles photographed and posted on each wall in the waiting area are nothing more than a deflection of the staff’s lack of concern. I am extremely disappointed, but I also feel morally obligated to share my negative experience of the terrible treatment endured by myself and obviously many other patients as well.

They are terrible I had a chipped front tooth and they made me fix both of them saing my insurance is gonna cover for it from their greed it back fires on me and now my insurance don’t cover cosmetic so I’m stuck with the bill on my credit report they are the worst’s dentist in Cleveland they scam people … please do not go there .👎👎👎

Hylan Dental Care is a great place. I highly recommend Hylan Dental.

I had an appointment today that was good I have no complaints. My complaint is for the individual who fell in these horrible conditions outside because you guys did not salt and clear your walk way.He blew his knee out and the receptionist was very unconcerned and rude like he was bothering her.She said I dont have salt and ignored him and huffed. A little sympathy can go a long way. Be kind.Friday jan 28th.
