Hylan Dental Care - Cleveland

So far I have only had one appointment with Hylan Dental, but I know I will be equally satisfied with the ones to come. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding. It had been at least five years since my last dentist visit, but the staff was very nonjudgmental. They were up front about prices and it seems they have payment plans available.

Dr Patel, and Martin was the best! Very professional and talks with you while performing services. I would highly recommend these to at Hylan Dental on West 117th Governor

5 star service the by far the best dentist service. I recently experience a lot of pain with my wisdom tooth I been to 5 different dentist offices over the last two months of dealing with the pain no one could help me. They would all tell me I need to see a Specialist on Wednesday May 22, 2019 I was in so much pain so I schedule appointment with Hylan Dental Care they gave me a next day appointment early for 9:30 As I walked in the customer service was the greatest experience. I was seen by 9. The doctor was over booked but made my experience there great. I was out of there within a hour pain free. Great prices & wonderful customer service.

I have suffered severe anxiety at the thought of going to the dentist my entire life, only forcing myself to go when absolutely necessary. I avoided cleanings even though I knew that these could prevent more serious issues leading to even more invasive procedures. I always looked for dentists who said they catered to cowards, and they were somewhat helpful. However, I have now had my first experience at Hylan dental
and can testify that this was the absolute highest quality and most thorough level of care I have ever received. I was immediately welcomed into a warm, supportive family environment.They really listened to me when I explained my situation and and helped to me to identify my short-term needs as well as plan ahead for future treatments. I was not judged because I needed medication to make a thorough cleaning possible for myself. They made me so comfortable and relaxed during my extraction and before I knew it, they were finished. Every single person who took care of me was highly trained, professional and compassionate. Thank you Lauren, Rebecca, Ashley, Anna and last but not least Dr. Edelstein who have changed my attitude and perception about going to the dentist forever. I hope to meet more of you and work with you in the future. I know there are many people out there with similar stories. I was in discomfort so i made an appointment and Melissa was very kind and helpful in making my decision as far as the work that i needed to get done. Then Dr. Sajid came in to do the extractions and he was so patient with me and talked me thru my anxiety and discomfort. I have found my forever dentist at Hylan Dental with Dr. Sajid and his bed side manner are the best in the business. Client for life !!

My appointment was at 9am. Around 10:45 I asked the front desk lady how much longer I had to wait. They called me in, but I had to go back into the waiting room because there were no available rooms. Five minutes later they called me in again, told me to wait, they were going to get an X-ray. Waited there, more patients came in and got the service. I kept waiting, around 11:20 I got up and left, no one even noticed I was gone. My paperwork was still on top of the computer in the room I was waiting to be seen. I left with my pain, not knowing what it is. I was expecting a phone call from the office when they noticed I was gone, but I never got one.

I want to know what is going on?...I understand about pandemic but my husband has been complaining about his treatment there from the time we started coming a few years ago. I have always gotten good service and could not understand what was happening. Did you guys change management?...This past week we spent over $800 on dental work for him...before crown work ..cap came off yesterday,He called for appointment...they called and told him time to come....leaving work early. He arrived and they said they couldn't take him...How unprofessional...We have been good customers,recommending you to countless family and friends.I just don't think it's good business practices period.

Very pleasant atmosphere. It's always busy and parking can be a challenge but I see why so many come here. The staff always make me feel comfortable, along with thorough options for my dental care that makes sense. I would highly recommend.

I have been to a lot of dentists trying to find one that I am comfortable with. From the beginning, Hylan dental has been amazing. Everyone is so nice friendly and honestly caring. The work they do is incredible. For the first time in as long as I can remember I can smile, and smile with confidence! I would , and do, recommend Hylan dental to everyone!

This is probably my best experience at a dentist office. I got seen quickly. The dental hygienist was awesome and talked to me during the cleaning as well as discussing options with me without pushing any services. The dentist was also friendly and got me in and out without making it seem rushed.
