I have not even been in for my first appointment yet, but the ladies who answer the phones are absolutely unprofessional. They called me eight times in one day to ask questions that I had answered on the first phone call. Not only did they talk over me, and completely ignore everything I had told them, but they sounded untrained in speaking to the insurances. At one point I had to stop them and tell them that they were consistently stating my father's name wrong--I had just told them they were saying it wrong three different times-- to which they replied "No, I have it here." As if I wouldn't know my own father's name....
One of the ladies, Jessica, told me that she had contacted my insurance and that they told her I was no longer insured. Knowing this to be untrue, I followed up our conversation with a call to the insurance. They told me that they knew who I was talking about, because of her unprofessional demeanor, and that they absolutely did not tell her I was uninsured. Rather, they needed more information before they would answer her questions--for security reasons.
I understand that the secretarial staff may not reflect on the quality of work by the Dentist, so I am more than happy to continue my appointment. But, the secretarial staff desperately needs training on phone etiquette, and how to speak to potential clients. If my paralegals spoke to our clients the way these secretaries talked to me, they would have been heavily reprimanded or even fired.
UPDATE:
I went to my first appointment fifteen minutes early and ended up waiting an hour and fifteen minutes. I asked the ladies at the front about how much longer until I was seen. The estimated wait was another 5-10 minutes for an xray, and at least another 30min to an hour to be seen by the dentist. I ended up cancelling my daughter's, my husband's, and my own appointments on the spot. I understand that Saturday's can get backed up, but this is completely disrespectful to your client's time. If this office is aware that they are running this far behind at 10am, they need to be making calls to clients and letting them know that their appointment has been rescheduled or that there is a significant wait time.

This clinic is not safe, they wanted to do a procedure on my son with autism without my presence in the room because of the covid and they were five people inside and they wanted to remove 4 teeth with cavities, I visited another dentist and he told me that he only had one and He treat it without having to remove the tooth. These people just want your money and your insurance money.

Will definitely be going back the dentist that I had was very great her name was dr. Svetlara simonovich she was patient understood that I was scared to have my wisdom tooth taken out very sweet about it and her assistants Erica and Abby were very helpful as well in coming me down and just having me prepared to have the tooth taken out. thank you guys we'll be coming back again. And the PRICE WAS GREAT😊😊😊

Always a great experience! Patty, Jennifer, and Dr. Simonovich were amazing and went the extra mile to help me! I highly recommend them. I previously had a poor experience with another Dental place and was nervous coming to a new place! The staff calmed my fears and I will definitely be back!!

I just had fillings and two extractions completed today ! Dr. Hao Dang, Patty, and Jennifer are an awesome team . I walked in wanting to get a cleaning and was informed about my dental health .I was given great options, they explained causes and effects in in-depth explanations .They walked me through everything .. I was very comfortable and so happy with the outcome .I am transferring all 3 of my kids to this dental office. I recommend everyone to bring their family to this dental office .Thank you, Dr. dang, Patty ,and Jennifer y'all are a great team. Keep up the great work! Teamwork makes the dreams work !

Bear creek family dentistry is Fast and Efficient Everybody in the office is so nice and friendly.What I like about them are their follow up calls to let you know your kids have an appointment..If you have small children I recommend Them.
