I was used to being attended by a doctor who is no longer available at this location. Luckily, I got Dr. Hao Dang which made the transition of change less terrifying. Dr. Hao Dang and his assistants, Erika and Jennifer, are nice, answered our questions with clarity, are efficient, and provided great tips on how to improve our oral health. They took very great care of my mother, my sister and I. If you are looking for a caring doctor with kind assistants, they are the ones to go! (:

The staff are good people.
The dentist is a sorry excuse other person. Had my tooth pulled and accidents happen and some how some part of my tooth or equipment. Went in in my during procedure. The assistant was helpful and concerned . She told the dentist and she said there's nothing in your eye but it's all red and getting infected. Not even a sorry or any concerns. I can't even see out of my eye.

My daughters absolutely love the play area, the balloon animals, and the theater. Bear Creek always makes taking my daughters to the dentist painless and enjoyable. I love the pins they give out to the parents with a photo of their children to remember the great experience. The staff is always kind and understanding.

My daughter had a dentist appointment at 2:00 and they let us in at 3 and was like she has cavities and needs to be numbed and they made me sign paper and I asked how long and they said 30 min. So I was waiting and when the time said 4:45 I called my daughter and she said they haven't started. What kind of dentist send a numbed child back home. They absolutely didn't even touch her teeth for 2 whole hours. I am sure they have more then one dentist and I see staff running around do other things. I would NOT recommend this dentist.
