I wish we could give -stars. I am extremely angry and can not believe the incompetence of these "dentists". My sister took my 4 years old nice to get her metal little teeth done at this place today, and as soon as they got home my nice started crying, when my sister check her inside lip she has a horrible cut that goes from the bottom of the lip all the way up and her lip was a little swollen. She called the clinic and spoke with them "their stupid excuse was, that maybe she bitten herself" I mean really 15 mins after leaving your office, plus we can distinguish a bite from a cut. My sister just sent me this pic where you can see now she has some kind of ulcers on that side of her lip ( they look like burns). We are taking her to the ER just in case is something else. but she was fine before she went to this clinic today. I am expecting some one from here to contact my sister and give her an explanation. She is 4 years old to go through this pain and is very unprofessional to hurt some one like this. *************WATCH OUT FOR YOUR KIDS*************

The office people and staff were very nice. But when it came time for my exam I can tell you that I have never had such an awful exam or cleaning done by a dentist. This female dentist was AWFUL!!! She should not be allowed to work in dentistry. She treated me like I was an idiot and was so abusive with how she cleaned my teeth. Oh did I mention this was my very first visit with them?!!! I just moved from PA and this was my first dental visit in TX since my last check up in PA 6 months ago. So unfortunately...First impressions...HORRIBLE !!! I complained to the assistant after my cleaning and exam and she told me that they get many complaints about this dentist. So why do they keep her????? My heart goes to the other staff there and any patient who has to go through what I did. Won't return, and will let others know not to go there as well.

I had some work done 18 months ago and have begun to have issues. I went to another dentist and they said that my fillings were done very poorly. Now I need 3 redone. Goodness knows what else is wrong because I’m pregnant and they only did X-rays where I was having pain this time. After I have my baby I will be getting full X-rays to determine the extent of what needs redone. We spent a ton of money with Bear Creek. I’m very disappointed.
