My kiddo and I have both been to the dentists at Bear Creek. I tried them first and was very happy with the work and the staff. It is a super congenial environment! I had work done to repair and conserve my teeth and it was urgent because I was about to lose my dental insurance. I was surprised they fit me in, and I was treated with professional courtesy despite the inconvenience. FYI here a cavity is not defined as a hole in the tooth, the definition I grew up with. Meaning, tooth erosion doesn't have to be very deep or even sensitive for them to call it a cavity and address it before it becomes a Cavity cavity.
So when my child complained of a toothache the first and only place I called was Bear Creek. I really appreciated they were understanding because it was a dental emergency. It took coordination of two offices, to get him taken care of because the xray was challenging. I am glad I stood my ground.
Unlike other family dentist offices, I was allowed to be with my child for part of the visit.
A Pediatric Specialist dentist and his staff did the work. It was surprisingly fast. Bear Creek worked with me on the price since I was paying out of pocket (once I paid, they did the dental work). FYI, Delta Dental HMO not accepted here.
Even though they don't turn you aeay, the reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is just because my kid was very, very traumatized by what they did. Very unsettling. Rough.
Update: they are bad at follow-up.
Key takeaways: Down-to-earth, economical, fully bilingual (spanish/english), but once you're out the door you and your little patient are basically disregarded.

I had a great experience here the staff we really nice and helpful overall I recommend this dentistry to everyone. Dr. Vu Dang was very fast and efficient while the assistant patty was very cheerful and helpful. They made me feel very welcomed during my visit.

I was very impressed with everything the staff does to make sure the patients have a pleasant experience. Took my 2 toddlers and they both had a great experience. This was the 2nd dental visit for my oldest (his 1st experience with a different dentist was bad) and the 1st visit for my youngest. They both did great because Dr. S was amazing with them! Do give them a try. I'm sure you'll be as impressed as I was

Grate serves. It was quick and easy. I got checked by Dr.Smith she was really nice and calm. She checked how my braces were doing and she said they were grate. And then I got checked by Dr.S she was also nice grate attitude really nice she did a good job. Would definitely recommend to other people and woud definitely be coming back for a check up.
