Dr.Lin and Susan are one of the best when it comes to service. With Dr.Lins, great humor and style of work are given, and the way Susan handles her work and patients, I would recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate this more stars I would.
Update: I took my braces off today, leaving with a perfect smile. I couldn't be more happier with the service they performed on me.

Dr. Lin is a good Orthodontist! Had my braces with him for two years. The results were very good and the process was explained very well from beginning to end!

I was first started with my invisiling at the Lake June and Masters office. The dentist who was seeing me there was transferred to this location. It took these people a total of 45 days to get me into their schedule due to a big misunderstanding from both the office management and the dentist. My whole treatment was delayed for about four months not counting the fact that the fist treatment was not successful. I had blisters in my mouth due to using the same trays for more than 35 days. I am extremely upset, as I was opening my second set of trays for the second treatment, there was two trays of the same, meaning I didn't have the correct trays. Again, another failure from your services. I have called your corporate office and there is no one answering me. I need you to reimburse me for all of these headaches and if in fact I have to take my business else where to a real professional. Rest assured that I will take legal actions as this is malpractice and patient abandoned.

I had the BEST experience with Dr. Lin and was finally able to get some options to correct my bite and TMJ. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they walked me through the entire process explaining everything in detail. Mercedes and Stephanie were also VERY helpful and kind.

I was taken care of by Dr. Lin, and dental assistant Susan they took care of me and got me in and out within the time frame given. Their manager Yessenia, helped us set up another appointment for my braces and then I left the place with a huge smile. They have wonderful service and check in on me when they are working on my mouth. They also take their precautions seriously. They keep everyone safe 6 feet per customer and they take our temperature before we go all the way into the dentist office and if our temperature is high then they reschedule the appointment. Everyone there is a good person and keep everyone safe and healthy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to use the dentist. They are super friendly.
