June 2021-Despite scheduling a regular dental exam for both my children (long over due to Covid19) we had our scheduled appointment at 11:00 a.m. we did not leave the Pinnacle office location until 2:50 p.m. Conveniently one of the girls checked in a family relative/ friend and gave them a heads up to return at 1:30 so they can be seen asap(?). Come noon, most front desk personnel left for lunch and did not return until 1:30 p.m. After the dental exams, I still needed a braces consultation in which the person never came to the room to speak to me. I had to leave after waiting for so long and asked if they can go over the braces consultation over the phone because of the long wait. Of course they have yet to receive that phone call. This was not the first nor last time we have unfortunately experienced this.

Had two chairs yes I understand Covid but still atmosphere very boring. The front end receptionist act like they have a problem verifying and confirming your insurance and/or appointment. They’re horrible at follow up calls. However the dental assistant I interacted with was very calming and polite. Was my first experience will not be returning just my personal viewpoint.

This place is great. You can tell the staff cares about their clients. I had to get two root canals, and during the treatment, the Doctor prioritized my comfort. A few days later, I made my temporary crown fall out while flossing. I went down to the clinic and they immediately placed it back in. Great service

You don’t have to go over seas just to get the perfect smile for the perfect price. This clinic will work with your budget and they are experts at creating the best smile!! Dr.Pankti Patel is the best most patience understanding and listens to your need. She works extremely hard to make sure that the smile you want is the smile you leave with and keep! The facility manager is so professional and understanding!!! I LOVE THIS OLACE AND THE SMILE THEY GAVE ME ... I cried tears of joy!! Amazing!!!

Came to this Ortho clinic referred to by a friend. Best ortho place I could have been referred to. They create and build a relationship with you so you feel comfortable every step of the way during your treatment. Great prices and plans available. Very professional and amazing staff, answered all my questions, made sure I was in no pain and comfortable before proceeding with any treatment. Can’t be happier with the Dr.’s and staff.
However, I also had an experience with the General side of this clinic. Very helpful as well. Prices and payment plans are great. They help you in any way they can to make you feel comfortable. Also, very professional and amazing staff. It’s like both departments were meant to be together as a team. I highly recommend both sides for any dental work. Again, can’t be happier with the Dr’s and staff at this location. Keep up the amazing and wonderful job.
