I called twice trying to reschedule my appointment, both times after explaining my situation I was put on hold for a very long time over 10 minutes. I decided to call again for the third time and was able to speak to Lydia. (Thank goodness) I explained the difficulties I was having trying to get scheduled and that I needed to be seen by a certain Dr. due to my insurance plan. I gave her the days/times I would be available and Lydia said she would work on it and call me back. Lydia called me back soon leaving a very well detailed message for my appointment. Lydia was very pleasant and efficient at finding and scheduling me an appointment around my busy schedule.

Today i had my cleaning. Isabel was really cautious and professional ! I was scared to get my cleaning once again but she was amazing. Thanks the front desk ladies lidia and Fabi for squeezing me in :). And thank you Jessica and brittney for being able to help me out with my braces appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! ♥AWESOME STAFF !!

Dr Lin. And his assistant were so sweet and helpful , my experience coming here was a 10/10 , Dr. Lin was patient and took his time to explain the procedure as well as his assistant , she explained the process to getting braces and put me at ease. No time was wasted, everything was straight to the point and easy!

I had a great experience with Jefferson Dental. Doctor Lin was very helpful and also listen to my needs. He also tells you what will be the best treatment to fit your smile. He really is the best. Dental Assistant Jessica was very gentle and sweet.she took her time to make sure I was not in pain and made feel really comfortable.We need more assistants like her. Last put not least manager Mercedes made sure my payments where affordable and flexible.When I tell you Jefferson Dental is the best they are the best.

The waiting time is terrible really unorganized. I got my dauthers braces her so I’m stuck for another 7 Months . I wouldn’t recommend this place .
