This clinic is very convenient for anyone and everyone , You have dental and orthodontics at the same place , I got my cleaning done and after decided to do an evaluation for braces . In which they helped me out a lot with financing and working with my schedule . All the assistants are very nice and very attentive especially Dr.Lin he never misses the little details !! The front workers are sooo nice and very professional . Yessenia is very understanding and tries her best to help you , Sarah is such a positive person and makes you feel welcomed, Now the dental side Mayra is very sweet , Marissa is very friendly and helps you , Best Clinic in my Opinion ! Nothing but Positive vibes here !!!!

My appointment went great! I really liked it :) Susan helped me with my braces, and she was really nice too! I like how nice the doctors are and how they help me :)) and my braces fit really nice and it doesn’t hurt at all! Thank you Susan ♡

Jefferson dental is truly hit or miss. It’s affordable so you get what you pay for. I’ve had to transfer between locations. I have high anxiety and patience is important to me when it comes to my dental work. Sometimes the nurses who do the preliminary work are not the friendliest and can increase anxiety when I first enter the room. Other times I’ve had great experiences. Find the doctor you like and choose your location wisely. It’s really important to do a little research on each clinic.

OMG where do I begin? I highly recommend this location!! I started coming to this office and fell in LOVE with the care and attention each and every person at the office gives me. From the front desk, the managers, the assistants and Dr. Lin ! Everyone is extra caring and very chatty, and very focused on one thing, making the patient HAPPY and getting that perfect smile(:

Dr. Lin and the entire Ortho staff have been so thoughtful & professional since I first started getting treatment a year ago. Atia from the dental department was also super thoughtful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a stress-free dental care experience.

I've been dealing with this office since 2009 and no matter who helps they always do to the furthest extent possible. Not like the others that try to hit you for all you have, appreciative to them for all they do!!! Doing great work and helping your customers, you're awesome and special thanks to Myra as well!! Beware-DON'T waste your money- Do not get your braces from this place. I paid out of pocket for braces and my biggest concern. Was that my front teeth will shift once the braces are removed. I went back for my retainer a few weeks later and my teeth had shifted so bad the retainer was molded for crooked teeth. When I asked if they would shift back to straight I was told " yes" From this day I've called and tried to speak to a manager to get my money back and to let them know how dissatisfied I am with the outcome of my teeth since the are not straight. No one till this day has returned my call. I will have to pay another 4000 to get braces again ELSEWHERE!.

In trying times Jefferson Dental did great job. Lupe runs the office efficiently, Kevin (Awesome) did the majority of functions getting me prepped for emergency tooth extraction. Doctor Shah was terrific ensuring I was pain free during the process.

Almost 2 months ago I became a new patient after having a dentist for 3 yrs who no longer accepted my dental insurance Lupe the manager from day 1 of answering the phone making my appointment, checking me in on my first arrival, taking me to the room for my consultation has been the perfect example of a manager in charge with excellent explanation of the services I received, He explained to me the braces process and even shared his story of having braces at such a late age ( I’m 44 ) , I had to have deep gum cleaning , fillings and a root canal and my pain is gone they treated me with antibiotics before my procedures. Victor the Dentist assistant is awesome he made sure my temp crown didn’t have and open spaces after having to reseal my temp crown, Victor knew exactly what to do upon my return and I’m grateful he solved the problem . Update 1 year Later my orthodontist Dr.Lin and his lovely assistant Jessica are always polite , full of information and definitely their smiles are felt even though they have on mask….. My smile has come a long way and I’m totally satisfied with their care….. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m only giving it one star because it won’t let me post without it. Worst experience I’ve had. They were very judgemental as to why I had waited so long to extract my wisdom teeth. When they were taking the x-rays, they did not know how to place the tool and continued to rest the metal on my gums which resulted in hurting my gums with the metal. At the end of taking the X-rays they didn’t even end up extracting my wisdom teeth, or taking care of my cavities they said to just wait until the wisdom teeth were extracted, no one was able to give me pricing, they kept giving me the runaround & they made me feel worse than I already felt. Won’t be going back for anything. I received a better dental experience with MINT Dentistry & they were actually able to take care of my wisdom teeth, my cleaning and filling for my cavities unlike Jefferson Dental Clinic. Would not recommend.
