Was please with customer service office personal and staff was very nice except when it came to me being able to pay for cleaning only of 220 and not the antibiotic service which I could not afford of over 2000 I was told they would not just do the deep clean without the antibiotic powder was not pleased with this I feel as if I should have been able to pay for what I wanted which was a deep cleaning . I left because I could not get the deep clean without the antibiotic powder the dental hygienist said no. I could not get what I could afford to pay did not want to be on a 2000 payment plan because I am not employed and my husband is on a fix income.

so unprofessional,, almost every time i go in for an appointment they always hit me with the “we don’t have you scheduled” even after calling to confirm it beforehand. then proceed to spend 2.5 hours on just a cleaning,, girl bye. too bad i have a braces treatment here so i HAVE to go, but as soon as that’s over you won’t see me come in again

I love this dentistry office! I have been going here for at least 4 years now and have not had a bad visit! They’re always understanding, I get my follow up and reminder texts and calls for my family of 5 from routine check up to braces consults.
Staff is always amazing with their customer service; Lydia and Lyza are super friendly with a great smile always!
The entire staff from walk in to walk out, EVERYBODY in between (especially the dentist) are friendly and have an inviting sense.

I went today to the dentist really nervous because I was getting braces, I left super satisfied with the way they treated me. The manager Monica was super nice, explaining everything like all the costs and offering the best payment plan possible for me. The dental assistant Kaly was also very helpful making sure I felt comfortable during the whole process and explaining everything thoroughly. And a huge thanks to Dr.Lin for also being very professional during the whole process.
