It was a great experience. My appointment was at 10, I arrived about 9:40.
With X-ray, exam and extraction of a back tooth. I left at 10:36.
All the staff was great and made me feel as I was the only patient.

I HATE that I am forced to give them ONE star! They aren’t even deserving of it. PLEASE heed my advice & go elsewhere (I wish I did).
I’m a cash pay patient & they took complete advantage of that. They over charged me (significantly). Billed me for procedures that were NOT done (nor ever mentioned to me). Claimed & billed me for my root canal that was “obstructed”. Which added an additional $370 to my procedure. (Obstructed, would be complicated & add on additional time, mine wasn’t. Nor was that word or anything close to that EVER mentioned to me.) In fact, the doctor was extremely quick with the actual procedure & said “that was easy! All done”! Yet, I was given a letter signed by the doctor that this was discussed with me prior & I consented. NOT TRUE! (Funny, they require signatures or initials on all of their paperwork, however this letter is only signed by the doctor.)
I had a second tooth bothering me as well & was told it was borderline root canal status via x-ray. While the dentist began my filling she said “I don’t think this filling is going to work, you really need a root canal”. YET, proceeded to fill it anyways. When she was done she even said she’d “probably be seeing me soon”. So now I have to pay (on top of paying for an unnecessary filling) to have a root canal done as well. Which ain’t cheap.
I was also accused of no showing an appointment which NEVER happened. I went to EVERY scheduled appointment & arrived on time. Every time. Period. I have nothing to gain by lying. However they do, by making it seem like I’m not a good patient to work with. Making me out to be a flake.
I’m finally done paying them off & I am just now financially able to get that 2nd root canal (that has caused me so much pain) that should have been done in the first place. However, it won’t be done by them.
Save yourself from spending an astronomical amount on procedures that can be done for much less elsewhere. Save yourself from spending unnecessary money from false billing claims. Save yourself from being accused of lying. And save yourself from dealing with their bs. It ain’t worth it. ✌🏻

Dr. Horner is the best dentist by far. Dr. Horner makes the visit very comfortable for my daughter. I highly suggest Dr. Horner for parents whom children are nervous about going to the dentist.

There should be more stars! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased by my experience. Dr Umapathy is professional, thorough, honest and genuine. From Michelle at the front desk to Evette the dental assistant, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I trust this staff!

If I could rate them a zero, I would. Yes they helped me, yes I appreciate it! They are screwing with my job. Signing false documentation on my medical record! They also are never in the office. Weatherford location is horrible too! Pick another dentist!!

Normally I’d give a higher rating for this office but yesterday was very disappointing. We were there for 2 hours and 10 minutes for a regular cleaning. During our wait time, the staff came in with financials to be signed, which I had signed at the front desk but something unnecessary was added, the Dr. came in, discovered we needed something extra, someone else came in and said it could be done today and here’s some more financials. I had questions and wanted to make sure the insurance covered everything so they went away. Still no cleaning going on. Financials comes back again, all is covered sign here. Goes away, still no cleaning. More time goes by, staff comes back and says Dr. has to leave and should’ve left a long time ago so we can’t do both things today. So I asked the obvious question, “are we getting a cleaning today or what?” Finally, more than an hour and a half past our appointment, the staff has said they were leaving for the day and shutting everything down, our favorite hygenist came in looking frazzled and apologizing up and down for our wait. We were asked on our way out about scheduling that other procedure. Not today, but thanks. I felt like the financial aspect was way more important than the fact we waited for so long. We have good insurance and always pay our portion. I expect more.
