Dr. Branca (different DDS than others have given lesser reviews) is SPECTACULAR!!!!! She went above and beyond, was knowledgeable and simply delightful!!! Wonderful, thoughtful, friendly staff, too!
And the pricing can't be beat!! Especially for the exceptional care!!! Will never go anywhere else Ever again!
*except for Stephanie, at the front desk, she's pretty awful, and should probably be in a different line of work. Every time I've had to interact with her has been horrible.

Kristen and Angela make going to the orthodontist and pleasurable experience. I really appreciate their ability to think outside the box and be solution oriented. The office is friendly and clean. I only wish there were more appointment days available.

Previously gave this place a 4 star review until they continued to tell me I have gum disease & need "scaling" every 2 months until it has healed & my insurance doesn't pay for cleaning "gum gaps".

I demanded I be given my 2 free cleanings a year & was told they would not do that until the dentist released me from having gum disease.... the 3rd dentist in the last few years! They have a high turnover rate for dentists & hygienists alone. All the good ones leave eventually.

I decided to go get a 2nd opinion & also called my insurance & this is apparently a consistent problem with Monarch Dental.

So, I had 2 other dentists tell me I DO NOT have gum disease but DID need a lot of work done in my mouth that they missed....

So now we have paid thousands out of pocket bc of their botchery of dentistry!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Had a great experience! After I came the first time, I brought my whole family. Today I had a LOT of work done and it went really well. Dr. Horner and Avilene did a great job on my mouth!

I've been a patient with Lake Worth Monarch Dentle office for 5 years. The doctors and front desk staff always make you feel they are proud of themselves and their jobs as well. I am satisfied with them. And hygenist Angel is very nice lady.

Dreaded having my deep cleaning and the dental tech made the experience bearable! She was very knowledgeable and gentle. Very professional and was pleasant to talk with and eased my anxiety over the procedure.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Horner! She has been so great to me and my family. The wait times have drastically improved from when I saw former providers. I will follow Dr. Horner anywhere she goes!

Monarch Lake Worth is awesome! Zach, Lexi & Michelle up front are great, and always smiling. :) Dr. Umapathy & Namtip were so very nice and made me feel comfortable, while being thorough and explaining everything. Keep up the good work!

Wont recommend, Dishonest practice: So you go a doc assuming that you would be charged the right co-pay amount. Not at this practice. They over charged me by twice amount and I had to call them to ask for refund. How hard it is to a pre assessment and charge the correct amount ? I guess very hard for them, I am not going there for sure and if you have been, go look at your claim details to make sure they took the correct amount of co-pay (as Like me you would just have blindly trusted them thinking that they would have done their due diligence)

I have been going to Monarch Dental in Lake Worth since they opened up. They have had a few dental hygienist but the one they have now, Namtip, is by far the best one they have ever had. She is very professional, extremely thorough but gentle. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an excellent hygienist.
