I took my daughter here for her regular cleaning and they preceded to tell me she had 5 cavaties! I couldn't believe it bc she had always been very vigilant in her oral hygiene, so I got a second opinion b4 I paid the $800 to get them all filled. SO glad I did bc she had 0 cavaties! Our new dentist was so confused as to why monarch would misdiagnose and lie about what she needed done. It's ridiculous. I wonder how many patients are getting procedures done here that don't really need it.

Dr.Deepak and his staff are absoluteky amazing. They explained everything to me so well, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They truly truly do care about their patients and it shows. Dr.Deepak is confident in his work, and has a great relationship with his staff. They truly made my experience pleasant. Thank you Dr.Deepak and your staff for taking great care of me.

The Folks at Monarch were courteous, professional and the experience was as pain free as a root canal can be! Lol

the staff was very friendly and the orthodontist let me know my problems right away and explained what i was to be expecting, while ive visited other places who seemed just money grabby, i felt like i actually wanted to be helped here.

Denise is a great hygienist. We joined One Smile dental plan and have saved a lot on our dental procedures. Very friendly staff.

They didn't do a good job at all with my braces. My retainers even show it, my four front teeth are all crooked and it even bent the retainer wire. I was supposed to have braces for 1 year and 6 months, I had them for over 2 years! My treatment was NOT worth it. They were doing great with my teeth for the first 4 months or so, then they just kept changing the rubber bands. Then they rushed everything they missed at the last 4 months of my procedure. Now my teeth can't settle since the braces weren't on long enough to allow my teeth to "settle" in place. Now I'm retainer bound, even with my crooked teeth, so my teeth don't move any more. Can't go a 8+ hours without a retainer or else my teeth move enough to cause a bunch of pressure. I've had my braces off for 7+ months now.
It's a shame, most of my friends are now getting off their braces and their teeth look so straight, I'm over here with my janked up teeth.

To add more fuel to the fire, I asked for a permanent retainer on the top and bottom. They did no such thing. They took my molds and then the older head ortho gave me a speak about why my hawley retainer is better. Like, dude, I don't care. I don't want to wear a retainer full time for 1+ year, then every night for a long time. Plus my hawley retainer has two little metal hooks between my two molars, one of them was too long and dug in to my gum. My entire bite shifted up from there, thus ruining the only thing my braces fully corrected: my over bite.
I shouldn't have to compensate for my teeth, when I get my braces off I should've been happy. I even told them I wasn't ready for my braces to come off, my teeth simply weren't straight.

Monarch pretty much screwed me over. They're horrible at making appointments, their service sucks, they aren't helpful. I guess the only good thing is the staff, while pretty clueless, is nice.
The older head ortho is either oblivious or just an idiot. I had one clearly crooked tooth, next to my front tooth, and he just somehow couldn't see it. I feel it's because he's just now realizing and didn't want to admit his fault.

I will be calling them to see if they will give me a free service to CORRECTLY align my teeth. Something like a spring retainer. My parents didn't pay so much money on my teeth for them to give me "passable" teeth.
This is ridiculous, if Monarch doesn't come through, I'll just go to Apple Orthodontics. Most of my friends go there and their teeth were stunning when they got their braces off, and still are.

I'm embarrassed to admit I had braces, it's not very apparent.

Absolutely love this office!! Highly recommend this office. The team is fantastic and will take great care of you. They also provide other services like braces and oral surgery. I am able to get everything in one spot!!
