Dr. Franklin-Pitts is a lovely lady and a wonderful dentist but her hygienist is extremely rude. I requested a cleaning and she got an attitude with me when I stated that I did not want to have an exam at the same time. I also had an appointment scheduled for 8 a.m. and only spoke to her at almost 9 a.m. What a waste of time! I hope that this dentist figures out that her staff will make or break her office.
I won't be returning.

I won't ever go back. The dentist walked in looked at my teeth and walked out. Never said two words to me. Maybe because I'm a medicaid patient I don't know. But she has no chair side manor.
