First of all, I highly commend the entire staff and Dr. Franklin for requiring masks, and all the safety steps they take in spite of the resistance to mask wearing in this area of Texas.
I changed from a dentist I've used for 12 years because they did not enforce mask wearing by their staff, or any of their clients, during the height of the pandemic, much less now, while the Delta variant is around the corner.
Secondly, the cleaning and x-rays were handled gently. And the doctor was so kind and thorough.
100% professional.
The environment is spotless and super nice.
But not as nice as the people, who actually care about your comfort and health.

Just had my first appointment, and what a friendly, caring staff. I especially liked the dentist. I look forward to coming back. My only complaint is why do you have to two months to see a hygienist. Ridiculous.
