Dr. Franklin has been taking very good care of my moms teeth. Mom is 89 and Dr. Franklin is very understanding and patient with moms needs.
The front office needs work on relaying information to Moms assisted living and what is needed. We are all working on this together.
And last, while waiting in the office, the front desk keeps the intercom on very LOUD! It is the same massage playing over and over. We've asked if they would turn it down or off and they continue to play. VERY ANNOYING, especially if you wait for more then 30 minutes to an hour.
All in All we give 4 stars....

Dr. Franklin and her well trained staff made me feel right at home, I've had numerous procedures done throughout the 10 years that I have been going to visit Dr. Pitts and she is very much my only and favorite in the Tyler area, if you're looking for a good quality atmosphere and wholesome environment with gentle handles and smiles to go along with skills , you and your family and in the perfect spot.

They seem to keep deleting, maybe because of my screen name, but I'm real. I choose not to put my real name on Social Media. The Doc was fine, onece you got to see her. This Whisper thing they have is '' Rude '' & Silly, I think the reason is to hide the explanation of the extra money they charge. If you're not confused when you go in you will be when you leave, The whisper thing needs to get a voice.

I was treated well, but after my apt. I had paid $230 out of pocket, cleaner teeth, a referral to oral surgeon, and my tooth was in same condition. Call and I didn't need a referral to set apt. with oral surgeon and the x-rays that were taken aren't the ones the oral surgeon needs. So will have to repay for x-rays. The reason this is a big deal is I am paying out of pocket. I paid $155 for apt. and x-rays and then was told I needed a teeth cleaning. I must have misunderstood or was lead to believe it was part of the treatment for my tooth. So I agreed and was told until after that it was another $72 dollar charge. Had I been paying with insurance wouldn't have been an issue. Would have been getting my moneys worth. Whoever, paying out of pocket $230 and leaving in no better shape with my painful tooth than I was to began with is frustrating.
