I just changed over to them for a new dentist and nothing but great service and friendly people. Very clean and updated along with tv’s to watch on the ceiling while I was being cleaned. Everyone that worked there made me feel like I knew them for a long time. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and would recommend anyone I know!

The office was very modern and seemed to be brand new. The waiting room was comfortable and I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes. The hygienist and Dr. Zheng were both super personable and nice! I was surprised that Dr Zheng did a good portion of my teeth cleaning. Usually the hygienist does it and the dentist just comes in to check for a minute or two. So this was a nice change! Also, there was a TV on the ceiling and the hygienist gave me headphones so I could watch TV during my teeth cleaning. I will definitely be going back for my next visit!

Dentist is very kind and gentle. Not intimidating like so many dentists out there. He’s very efficient. All staff are friendly. I’m 50 years old and my whole life I’ve not like dentists as they can be cold and bossy. Not this one. He’s given me hope for a better smile :)

My family and I just recently moved to the area and my teenage son had his dental exam and teeth cleaned today and afterward he said that in the past he always assumed that having his teeth cleaned was just always supposed to hurt at least a little, but after having his teeth cleaned today at Mendota Family Dentistry, he realized that it doesn’t have to hurt at all. Very personable and friendly staff. The doctor was prompt, courteous and took time to explain the issues and recommended treatments. The office is very well appointed, almost homely, lending itself to less apprehension if you’re nervous about dentists visits, like me. Likewise, all of the technology used is modern and intended to improve efficiency and customer experience; e.g., handheld portable X-ray devices, automated chairs, the absence of the large light and drill arrays. All very comfortable, fast and a great experience.

I've been coming here for 3 years now, and each visit has always been super pleasant! They've implemented COVID safety measures such as waiting in the car until they text you to come in, checking temps before coming into the office, and having scheduling/payment completed in the individual offices instead of going outside to the reception area to finalize the visit.
