This is the greatest dental office in Madison...
They are super nice and accommodating, I was able to get in immediately for a painful dental emergency. And set up a treatment plan for the future that was a plan that I wanted. I spent years going to dental health associates and then switched to Associated Dentists and from there went to Byce and Worman dentistry, none of those clinics even compare to how awesome Mendota Springs is and how great they are about everything.

It’s a new office that seems to have newer technology. When questioned about a recommendation made, the dr was able to take a picture and get my tooth on a monitor to show me exactly what he was talking about. I’ve had about 7 or 8 appointments and each time I’ve been satisfied with the experience.

My first visit was spot on, they already knew my nickname, gave me prices (since my insurance had already maxed out) and discounts for first visit. I had already enrolled in the Premier Smile Plan and they had my enrollment details. I would buy that plan every year to cover as a secondary source of dental insurance.
I was disappointed with my previous dentist and Dr. Jason took his time explaining my Action Plan and they take Delta Dental PPO, do you know how hard it is to find a Delta Dental PPO in Madison? My wife will be coming here since she is also disappointed with previous dental care.
I think we have found our long term dental care with Mendota Springs!

I love Mendota Springs Dentistry! Dr. Jacoby is great. I went in for a root canal followed by a crown. Much to my surprise, Dr. Jacoby found that I just needed a deep cavity! I'm so pleased with the service Denitza gives at the front and the hygienists when they assist. Mendota Springs Dentistry is the best dental provider I've had since my childhood!
