MSD is the best dentistry practice for healthy teeth care. Staff is beautifully inviting and so caring that it puts your nerves at ease. The atmosphere at MSD is calming and feels safe weather you are in the waiting room or in the chair as a patient. I had to switch dentists after 13 years with my old one because I moved to Madison. Needless to say, I was a little nervous about coming to a new dentist. Everyone at Mendota Springs was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome and the dentist spent a good amount of time with me to make sure her assessment was thorough. Will definitely make this my permanent dentist in Madison!

I absolutely love Mendota Springs. I have never left a dental practice with my teeth feeling so clean. The staff is kind and works hard to make connections with you.
I went in for an emergency dental appointment yesterday and they quickly discovered a broken filling. Dr. Jacoby so thoughtfully squeezed me into an opening about a half hour later so that I could get my filling repaired same day.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. Hate it actually. The staff at Mendota Springs is wonderful. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. I won’t mind going again in 6 months. Highly recommend if you are anxious about going to the dentist.

This is a very cozy and welcoming facility. Best of all, I truly felt that the staff really strived to show that they cared and made sure I understood what was going on in terms of my dental care. I also felt they were very thorough and willing to make me feel comfortable and have any of my questions or concerns answered. I would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental services.

With each visit to Mendota Springs Dentistry I am reassured that they were the right choice when I moved to the area almost 4 years ago. All of the staff are amazing and look forward to see them each visit. They work with my insurance and keep my out of pocket costs to a bare minimum.
Due to poor dental hygiene in the past I am a more difficult patient to maintain my teeth as I get older. They take the time to explain things and to do a great job.
I have other non related health issues an today was more difficult for me than usual. The hygienist was more patient with me than I would have been. That was greatly appreciated.
I could not recommend any business anymore than I do Mendota Springs Dentistry.

Such an amazing experience! They strive to make you comfortable here and definitely succeed. I have been going here for 2 years and have never had or heard any complaints. You even get to watch netflix during your cleaning!

WOW! I was super impressed with the organization, super customer service, cleanliness and COVID precautions. The facility is beautiful and state of the art equipment plus top notch hygienist and Dr were so thorough and explained everything and was so gentle which is hard considering the work being done. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you for an awesome Dental experience!

All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and personable. The office is beautiful and seemed to run pretty efficiently, which was a nice surprise as I left hakf an hour sooner than anticipated. This was a big step up from the family practice I visited growing up in terms of amenities (televisions on the ceiling!) and flexible options (open evenings and Saturdays). I would give four and a half stars if Google allowed it - for me, a five-star experience would include a little more explanation by the doc to inform me of what was going on throughout the visit. Still, it was a positive experience on the whole and I recommend this practice if you're shopping for a new dentist!
