Great experience and people! The staff keeps you informed and laughing. Kevin Dental Assistant explained everything thoroughly, easy experience and enjoyable. Help with the procedure with ease and answered all of my questions. For sure its a place to come back.

I took my 3 year old son here for a routine cleaning. During the cleaning they had to hold him down & he was screaming. The lead dentist (I assume) got an attitude and asked me does he eat sweets & proceeded to basically scold me & blamed him acting like that on sugar. My 3 year just so happens to have bad anxiety. I've chosen to take him to another pediatric dentist where he is happy! & Does not scream AT ALL! Teach the staff how to handle CHILDREN better!

I was given erroneous info when I scheduled the appointment, so I arrived at the office I assumed I was supposed to go to. After being told I was at the wrong office I drive to this one, arriving 15 minutes late. I was told I would have to reschedule because the dr is "very particular about her time". Hmmm, so am I. I don't appreciate being spoken to in a condescending tone and I don't appreciate not having my time respected. The lady at the desk was kind but that office will never receive a dime from me. The fact that the Dr never even took the time to assess the urgent nature of my visit, coupled with her blatant disregard for customer service means I have to go elsewhere!

Dr. Gilepie and Temesha William were excellent, my son is certainly fascinated with this team. He had two teeth pulled and didn't cry because they were so very kind, patient and caring. He actually said that he wants this to be his dentist forever!

Was a really good place to bring your kids Dr. Phillips was very professional and patient with my daughter. Asst. Ms. Mesha was good with her by keeping her calm and relax during the procedure. During the Anesthesia Asst. Malala. Tia kept her company and calm.
There very professional I highly recommend them for your children dentals office.

This particular Kool Smiles located in Forest Park, GA is the absolute worst! The staff is very rude. All they do is stand around and talk and when you interrupt their conversation they act as if you are a burden. If you have a scheduled appointment don't plan on being serviced with any type of urgency what so ever. Their sense of urgency would receive a negative rating. I think that they need to realize that the customers that walk through their doors pay their pay checks and keep them in business. When the customers disappear so will their jobs. I love the location that my son goes to but this one is horrible.

Sought out Kool Smiles initially as they offered Saturday appointments. Long story short, I called the very first of summer 2016 for an appointment, had to wait 2 1/2 months for first appointment - they call me and reschedule as the office was going to be closed Saturday. Scheduled my son another month out - that Saturday comes, they call to cancel AGAIN and reschedule - I told them i would NOT wait another month because they keep closing on Saturdays. Well, this past Saturday, the 15th rolls around - 3rd appointment, 3rd times a charm right? WRONG!!!! I show up and was told the hygienist fell ill and left. GREAT! While that IS understandable - its still unacceptable to not have someone there who can take her place. I called to make a complaint to the 800 number - eventually the office manager for Forest Park location called me back. I was told by the office manager its not their fault the hygienist got sick and I wouldn't want her in my kids mouth anyway with her being sick. She then tells me everyone up there has a life and work full time too - its hard to get the proper staff on Saturdays. I tried to be nice to her but she was making very difficult with her condescending tone . I told her I DO understand people get sick - but it is KOOL SMILES as an overall corporation who is FAILING as they are expecting this location to be open and offer Saturday appointments they are not equipped to handle. I would not recommend this location to any parent or the company for that matter. I hate having to go thru an 800 number with Doctors and Dentisits alike. I found an office called Homegrown Pediatrics on Arrowhead Blvd in Jonesboro with much BETTER praise and reviews. Hoping my experience with them is much better than Kool Smiles. I do not see how anything could be worse.

My kids are new patients there and we had a great experience with Angela. The whole staff was great as well. Our wait wasn't long and the kids loved the play area.

I love going to this place. There well organized. Especially the young lady jossie is very professional, helpful and friendly she takes her time with you. Very respectful young lady. I will recommend this place anytime. Thank you Jossie for helping me. Her service is with a smile.

Spent 2 1/2 hours there just to get a routine cleaning (no cavities). They are all about the money and not the patients. They book 4-5 patients for the same time and only have one dentist that wheels from patient to patient. Will never ever take my grandchildren back there again
