This is a great location for my son. He's been going here since 1 and he's 6 now. Nice staff and great dentists...there is a little wait sometimes but I guess that's to be expected.

Koolsmiles took good care of me. Tamecia & Shawtita went above and beyond for my needs. They also got the doctor to see me the next day for a last-minute issue, even though they were fully booked that day.

First time here and my kids enjoyed it .the whole staff is great ! The front staff is amazing and polite , at the end scheduling my apointment jossie or josephine was very detailed and helpful trying to schedule my kids appointments ! Great staff kool smiles i will definitely be back .

Dr. Gillespie and Nurse Brown are just beyond wonderful. They gave my son and I throw blankets because it was a little cold. I would give them 10*'s if I could.

To the Kool Smiles family, Thank you and many kuddos go out to the Dr. Stewart Orthodontic Team for their prompt response to an emergency walk-in request to see Dr. Stewart regarding a mouth injury my son sustained while playing basketball yesterday. Everyone from the receptionist to Shaundrell to Dr. Stewart himself acting in an extremely expeditious, professional and caring manner when dealing with myself and my son. I was and am truly grateful and thankful for having the opportunity to have the Forest Park staff of Kool Smiles rendering treatment to my son William. God Bless you all so much for all that yo do!

Went here for the first time today and was a little nervous due to the problems I have been having with my teeth. A young man named Geovanni was with me every step of the way, with a good sense of humor, which was comforting. Along with that he answered all the questions I had thoroughly. Thank you so much Geovanni for not making me a nervous wreck lol!!

I love, love, love, Dr. KD (from Macon). My 8 year old son chipped his front tooth and of course I was devastated! Dr. KD and dental assistant Tamesha did everything they could to provide my son with the best care possible. They both were very patience, professional, confident, and took pride in their work. Dr. KD made sure I had a full understanding of the process, also making sure she explained to my son how delicate his new tooth would be. They both did an excellent job of making sure my son and I were comfortable and pleased with the his new front tooth!

The staff was very friendly, but we had a very long wait. The assistant had to go get the dentist on two separate occasions and couldn't find her. I think the problem is that they handle too many appointments at the same time. We were there for over two hours for a filling which took about 15 minutes to complete. The long wait added to the anxiety of an already stressful situation.

This is by far the worst kool smile ever I been coming to Kool smile since I was 9 years old this kool smile and they manager Candice Mahone is the worst one's to deal with I will never go to place again. My money was applied to to someone else account. My insurance was taken out so they tried to charge me 200 a tooth when it's 300.70 with 6 teeth. Everytime I come in its always something with them.
