For all those who have Medicaid choose a different provider or at least a different kool smile location! This location is extremely rude and lazy! I was told by my daughter she was bullied by a assistant, hmmm no wonder they don't let the parent in the back! My daughter stated she was about to choke on her spit because she wasn't allowed to spit and when she did spit the assistant told her does she spit in the trash can at home! Excuseee where does your illerate butt spit lady? I wish I was there and I wish you would of said that to my face! I will report this location to Medicare / amerigroup/ peachcare .... etc there is so much more option out there with better adidtudes! These people are rude!!!!!

I waited for over an hour when I went here. When asked how much repairing my tooth would cost the dentist told me that she "drives a Lamborghini and couldn't afford it" she assumed I wouldn't be able to afford it and never answered the question. Also, very alarming to me as a patient was that she never actually looked in my mouth, she only looked at an xray which showed two teeth during my oral exam, and made assumptions about the rest of the teeth in my mouth based on that xray. They only care about what your insurance will cover and not about informing or caring about the teeth or health of patients! I canceled all future appointments and went somewhere else!

The worst experience I ever had! Went for an extraction and not only did they not numb me enough but they left part of my roots in and now it protrudes through my gum! Still have to get it removed and now I'm terrified which I've never been!!!

My family has been going to Kool Smiles for the last 5 years, We initial started at the Old National Hwy location but for the last year we've been going to the Jonesboro Road location.........for reasons of scheduling only. The children (I have 4 children that go to these dentist) had appointments for fillings in December. The work was done and 2 of the children were still in pain for about a week (christmas holiday) before we could get back into the office. We went back and 1 of the children's work was fixed the other one was told she needed a root canal, sent home with a pain prescription to make an appointment with another doctor for the root canal evaluation. The medicine did not relieve the pain and after calling Dr. Gillespe we were told they could not give her any other medication for pain, so we have been dealing with that. The doctor we were referred to could not see my daughter until the end of February.........unacceptable/not going to work at all, so we had to call around to find someone that could do the work . We found another doctor to evaluate her concerning the root canal and after x-rays we were told a root canal is not necessary, that her tooth could be saved without that process. This has not been a pleasant experience and because of the misdiagnosis I think that we will not be going back to that location. This experience does not mean they do not do good work but I'm disappointed with this whole experience and that they really did not diagnosis her correctly even with the x-rays!!!!!. ****you all decide***

Angela Harris has great customer service. I was only in the office for 10 mins. My sister had to teeth taken out. Great job Angela and Dr. Gillespie on being efficient!
