I took my grandson to get a crown and a filling and Cherice Dyson, the CDA, was amazing! She made my grandson and myself feel more at ease. She held a conversation with him and assured him that everything was going to be fine. She checked on him continuously and I appreciated that of her.

Just a warning - Your appointment will be cancelled without any reason or notification to you. I made an appointment a month in advance for both of my boys , took off of work weeks in advance for this day. I was sent emails and texts asking to confirm my appointment . Each time I confirmed , which by the way I felt was odd to have to confirm each time , but I obliged... A couple days before the appointment I get an email stating to reschedule my appointment .. I was confused because I already confirmed it right ? Well after talking with a customer service rep , I was informed that my appointment was cancelled without any reason or explanation. I was hurt because I took off for this day and got my boys ready mentally as well. To say that this was very inconsiderate and and disheartening is an understatement. I tried to give them a chance , now I am searching for reliable , dependable pediatric dentist office.

I have received exceptional help from candace the office manager....she has helped me with planning and aligning by helping to make sure my office in Columbus is up and running smoothly. I would recommend any and everyone to her office. They always provide excellent service

I have a 12 year old son who has Downs Syndrome and was terribly afraid of Dentists. Well, all that ended the day he met Dr. Phillips. She charmed him like no other, which made the procedure flawless. Thank you so much Dr. Phillips. We look forward to our next visit.

We will NEVER come back again. I foolishly let them put Caps on my toddler, done by Dr Gillespie. After a few day my husband and i looked at them and they looked crooked. When my son and i came back for our routine follow up, we were met with Dr. Sakhaee..who was rude and had zero bed side manner. He seemed to be irritated with my son who was upset (he's 2yrs) and would not keep his mouth open. I addresses my concerns about the caps being on crooked but affecting his bit...the dr said "it shouldnt bother him and he will grow out if it or they could do them over. But i dont know what to tell you. I have no answers." I also had to point out one of the caps that had a line in it and the dr said it had cracked. But then turns around and said its fine. After doing research i now feel, my son probably was too young for caps anyway and a better dr would have just placed a large filling between his 2 front teeth and call it a day. This place is a rip off and doesnt unnecessary procedures/treatments for the money and not for the best interests of the child. I hate that i ever brought my child here! We are getting a second opion from another denistry this week..i'll write a follow up about what the new dr says about his caps.

My 14 year old has been a patient w/Franklin Dental & Braces for about 6mths. I am really impressed with the Services they give; from customer service to dental services. This may sound irrelevant but it smells really good to 😙ILOVEIT If U want good dental work go to Franklin Dental & Braces

The Bad: Today was my first experience with Kool Smiles. I scheduled an emergency appointment because I have a cavity. After getting an x-ray of the tooth and sitting in a room for 30 minutes the dentist told me that she wanted me to have a full comprehensive work up before fixing the cavity. My next appointment is not scheduled until March 4th (1 week later). Although she offered pain medicine, I find it concerning to need a full exam before getting a cavity fixed.

The Good: Later in the afternoon I took my two little ones (4 y/o and 9 y/o) for a general exam and cleaning. The staff and services were awesome. I would especially, like to thank Tyeanna Brown for taking the time to explain the additional services that will be needed and things that I can do to help my littlest one prepare for an upcoming procedure.

This is my second time having issues with Kool Smiles. I had a 3:30 and 4:00 appt, for both my kids. It is after 5:00 and im still waiting. I have seen 5 other families come and go. They do not consider your schedule or your time. This place is a joke. I would never recommend them to anyone. I shall be looking for another Dental office.

Overall great experience. Was provided with exceptional service before & after my procedures. The Dental Assistant, Tamesha William was very attentive with a friendly & positive attitude that assured me that I was in great hands. Definitely would recommend this dental office in the future.

Staff is okay in the back I the front is very different. They constantly change your appts without calling and waste your time, gas, and taking your child from school. They also schedule so many appts to keep bill g insurance instead of doing the work in one visit. I guess I am moving o to someone else who cares about my family.
