Kool Smiles Dentist

Tyeanna and Dr. Gillespie was great today filling my cavity. They really were kind and very polite and I did not feel like I was just another patient to them. I wish all of my visits are just like this one.

This dental office is pretty good based off of my children’s treatments. The front desk representatives are nice and respectful. The dental assistant and hygienist are really good as well. Also, the doctors that have worked on my children’s teeth are really thorough. My children have never really complained about any prolonged pain after their cleanings or treatments. The only thing I highly recommend for this office, is to pull up the carpet because it is filthy. It’s really dirty and full of stains and it makes the cosmetic of the office appear dirty, not to mention that my toddler and other young children are playing on the floor. It’s really not sanitize, maybe Kool smiles in this area can put down some high traffic laminate wood floorings. Other than that, this office is pretty decent.😉

I know that is entitled to there own opinion, but I saw Dr. Gillespie, and DA Tamesha W. I am very impressed with the service I received today. This same Dr. Gillespie pulled my teeth a few months ago, and she is very good at what she do. I didn't feel a thing this second go round as well. I will refer anyone to Dr. Gillespie, very good at what she do. I will like to add also that Tamesha W. is very knowledgeable about what she does as well, don't take my word for it go over, and see yourself......

Today my son had a great visit at kool smiles .... and I must say Tamesha William was very professional and the office was super pack, but ran smoothly to make sure the patients was in and out. She made sure my son was well taking care of ... special thanks to Doctor for being very gentle with my son ... I will definitely recommend kool smiles.

This is the most amazing place to take your kids!!! The convenience of them being open on Saturdays was the first thing that satisfied me!!!! The staff is awesome!!! We were greeted by Angela with a warm and friendly smile and a big hello!!! Thanks for making our fisrt visit a memorable one!! I look forward to my kids future visits!!! Kudos!!!!!!!

My recently child visit at Kool Smiles @ Jonesboro - Dr. Phillips and Angela Harris and Rosi were outstanding, my child is very nervous going to the dentist; Dr. Philips is always superb and generous and personable with her clients- A BIG PLUS ****; Angela was a delight to meet as well and she made sure that my child was calm and well taken care of. Rosi was super, super and double super patience- she knows my child has a history of hating X-rays, she took her time and really made my daughter feel at peace with getting her X-rays. Tamesha (Pure) gave us a warm smile.

First time visit with my two girls. Friendly staff, clean office and in and out, overall very formal with procedures. My girls absolutely loved the “playground” inside 🤗kept them busy while I completed the the paperwork.

Angela Harris is very polite and helpful. She explains how everything works also the customer services is excellent. The wait time is short and quick. My first visit was great this will be my son permanent dentist

1st time ever that I write a review in my whole life. I never thought it is necessary to write a review no matter how bad the service is but after 2 years. I had enough. I guess because I am an old patient. Very poor service, not worthy. They are after the money so much and do not care about the patient. Not organize and do not really care about they patient. Waiting time is unbelievable never had to wait so long in a doctors office not 1 time but time and times again. As if they are the only one that needs to work. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone ever.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Will not recommend to anyone!!! My daughter had an appt last month for her fillings... the dentist had them to remove a bracket off her teeth in order to do her fillings. While the orthodontist was removing it is consulted with him about removing her braces. Once he removed the bracket which only took 10 sec the dentist refused to do the fillings saying I have to reschedule which the next appt they had available was June 21st, 2016. I took her and I advised the receptionist I was outside making business calls she said ok. My daughter came to me outside saying they wanted to talk to me. I went in and the office manager said the dentist is refusing to do my 13yr old daughter fillings because my daughter didn't want them. I advised them she's a minor and it doesn't matter what she wants it is what I am wanting. The office manager said it is my 13yr old daughter decision and they cannot force her to get the procedure done. I asked why didn't anyone call me on my phone... she said well you weren't supposed to leave. I advised her that the receptionist knew I was outside using my phone. The receptionist said she knew I was going to use the phone but that she wasn't "in it". I asked for my daughters records and will NEVER use Kool smiles for ANYTHING!! Nor will I recommend them to anyone!! Very unprofessional and very ghetto and located in every bad area possible!! Do not.. and I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS or anyone to them!!
