Aspen dental is by far better than the other dental offices that I have been to. The staff was very professional, very nice to me and no long waiting.. I will travel 45 miles to Aspen dental is worth the trip..They have my business.. Two thumbs up..

Went to Bemidji 8-15 doctor and Hygienist were very nice. Never received a new tooth brush. GOT A CALL I HAD TO RETURN TO PAY FOR A FLUID TREATMENT OF 42 DOLLARS. NOT HAPPY I HAD TO GO BACK AND PAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LEADERSHIP.

Called about being a New Patient and Dawn the receptionist who answered never fully answered my questions and sounded like she was hacking up a lung, at least put me on hold before you cough. Asked if they do just denture consults and she said id have to do x rays and all this stuff. Told her I didn't have teeth but still needed to do it anyway. Idk she seemed confused

Deleting truthful, negative reviews of their extremely poor and incompetent service. Lose insurance info constantly, never call people back, and try to bill them for what their insurance covers instead. Long track record of doing this to many, many people.

Dr.Xu and staff were amazing. I have a fear of dentists, but Dr.Xu and his staff made me feel very comfortable and gave me many options and explained them in depth. Prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this dental office.
