had an emergency and they went above and beyond the call to fix my problem. We were traveling and I could stand the pain no more. One call and we were in the chair within the hour. The staff were all 'top notch'. I know 'top notch' because I spent 20 years in the medical field. Can not say enough good things about Aspen Dental. VERY well done!!!

I broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain. I suffer from a dentist fear that prevents me from going in so when I made my appointment I was clear to in what services was needed.
Instead of offering any relief to stop the pain for temp until it could be fixed I was given a proposal of a bill of over 7 thousand dollars.
I was advised that 3 teeth are bad and the rest are great.
However like I explained I was given more on the possible bill instead of resolution to my problem and relief from my extreme pain.
When they checked my gums they left little stab marks inside my mouth on my gums that are now painful and makes my situation even more unbearable.
The staff used mannerisms but was left feeling more overwhelmed then helped.

They were very thorough, making sure they checked everything they could. They explained my care very well and discussed treatment plans with me. They were willing to squeeze me in between appointments to get a filling done. The staff is very nice and explains everything. You can tell they love their jobs and they enjoy making sure people know how to properly care for their teeth. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone! This is the best dental service I have ever had!

The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail and lay out a care plan and payment. I felt so taken care of and am so happy I booked this appt. Cannot wait to visit again!

I am the world's biggest dentophobe and suffer from extreme anxiety disorder. Dr. Kat Sonoda did my exam and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Impressions day with Dental Assistant, Dawn, and "the Tooth Guy", Kip, who explained everything in detail and actually made me laugh. Come Extraction Day, I told them I was pretty sure I was going to die. Surprise! Not only did I not die, but there was absolutely NO PAIN AT ALL!!!! Follow-ups were well explained and also painless!!! These people were all kind, understanding and very skilled, as were the office personnel!!!! I will drive the hour and a half to see them every time from now on!!

Went for annual check up, to setup my dental care as a new patient and was expecting an annual cleaning. Arrived before 8 am, was brought back for X-rays and then sat for over 1/2 hour until a dentist came in. I asked what I should expect and they do an oral review, do not request my previous dental records to understand my history for continuity of care and then the dentist doesn’t even discuss it with you, you go in an office. Then they want me to arrange follow up visits for the cleaning and filling. My time is worth something to me, it was the most disorganized approach to care I have ever experienced and I am in Healthcare ! Not going back.

My initial visit was amazing sorry I do not remember everyone's name but the front desk receptionist, Stacy the hygienist, Dr. Sonoma, the office manager , the x-Ray tech everyone was excellent with great customer service and patience. Go see them.They are willing to work with you. Today I went back and had the same great experience, Stacy the dental Hygienist was phenomenal. She provided the most thoughtful and thorough cleaning I have had ever. Amazing work I have no complaints.

Everyone was so amazing today. Called them today having tooth pain and they got me in right away. Everyone was so nice and thorough. Definitely reccomend going to aspen
