I had an appointment. They wanted me to schedule about 3 different things. They haven’t answered since. For weeks. And now they just immediately hung up on me. Didn’t ask me to hold or anything. I heard the phone pick up then slam and hang up. No voicemail option nothing. Something is wrong with this office.

First visit was 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Very friendly staff that always welcome you with a smile. Parking is easy and the restroom is clean. They give a very thorough examination and are very precise with their appointments. The doctors are excellent and would recommend Dr Pham. Feel very safe when in their care and they accept insurance.
On second visit ⭐⭐: they had a cancellation in the morning, booked me then called hours later to cancel because the Dr. wanted to and gave no reason.

Called and set an appointment for a cleaning and then they told me because I’m a new patient I have to come in and fill out paperwork and get a workout plan done before they leave and give me a cleaning. Showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early as requested and the sign on the door said they were out to lunch until 1 PM. As soon as someone took the sign down I went inside and then they told me that because I wasn’t 15 minutes early they were going to cancel the appointment. This is the most ridiculous dentist office I’ve ever worked with in my life. Would give zero stars if it would let me.

Quick and easy appointment setup. Super friendly staff that are there to help. Offered multiple options to help ease through future plans. Really did their best to make it all one good, smooth process. Honestly, a great place. Highly recommend.

Great people! Great free exam. When I got to the final part. The total repairs, 1 root canel, 3 caps, and two small cavities. Plus I had to drive 100 miles one way for the root canel..the total came to Over 8000 dollars! That's pretty much my whole saving! I had them yank to bad one for 293.00! Who can afford a dentist anymore?😞

Don’t use the online appointment system!!! Made an emergency appointment online Sunday for 7:15am and was told the system just overrides other appointments and I could come back at 11:30!!! Nope won’t do business with someone that can’t even work the appointments!!! #avoid

Received a pair of dental a year ago. Yeah when I went back to tell him that the metal that they put on it. After I told them that I was allergic to metals in the 1st place. I was told that they would make me a denture without the metal in it. Never heard from them again.
