Pathetic, I haven't been able to eat any solid food since my first appt 62 days ago. Constant pain from infection that the dentist wouldn't even prescribe amoxacilin for. She denied there was infection present. I had to go to my physician to cure it.

While going to the dentist as a rule is not fun, the Bemidji Aspen Dental staff make every attempt to ensure you are comfortable and understand the procedures and charges. During care, the staff communicate step-by-step and frequently ask how you are doing. Early morning and evening appointments are available on some days of the week.

Today was my first visit. From the front desk to everyone who made me feel welcome and made sure I was doing good. I came in with a very high anxiety. But my Assistant Kirsten was outstanding! She made sure I was feeling good. She reassured me that they would take good care of me. Had lots of x-rays and a exam with Dr.Kat. She was Amazing! I'm so blessed to have her as my dentist. She was very thorough with me. And explained my options for what I needed to get done with my teeth. Kirsten got my impressions done andshe was so patient and sweet. What a great assistant. Then I have to mention Kip! What a funny guy. He came in with a great smile and sense of humor! He helped me get a blue impression done. Done Perfect and I did not gag! Terrible gag reflex. I give them more then 5 stars if I could. Also I have to mention Melanie the office manager. Helped me get my billing figured out and gave me payment options. And got my appointments set up . Thank you so much. I will leave more reviews. Lots to get done.

Ridiculously expensive.
Wanted 1100 for a cleaning. My dentist will do for 115.
Went for free exam because was more convenient location but will drive 5 hours to my dentist.
They wanted 7000 for 3 cavities.

They are very professional and thorough. They're having me do an expensive scaling/ cleaning my other dentist in another part of Mn never informed me of. It's possible my old dentist either thought it was unnecessary or did not provide the service. It is likely also it will be for the best. I think maybe small private practices have less resources but keep a close watch on patients. But since I cant see him any longer, it's best to do what they say...xtra $1200 for the scaling cleaning procedure. I am ok with this, just a surprise expense.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental all the way from the person I talked to that helped me schedule my appointment right down to talking with the Office Manager at the end of my visit. And everything in between. The staff was very professional, friendly, and kind. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. I was not an existing patient but they accepted me and got me the help I needed right away. I highly recommend them.

I had heard a lot of not so good things about Aspen. It was all just gossip! Not a word of it was true. Every single person I interacted with was so kind! I have anxiety and let them know and they were just awesome about it. Especially Donna! She made sure to let me know everything that was going on. I had some sort of incident which left me very dizzy and not feeling well. My dentist was quick to change plans to focus on just the problem area and not try and have me do the full appointment since I was not feeling well. I have had SO MANY bad experiences with dentist. But not this time. I actually look forward to going back for my next appointment! I absolutely recommend Aspen. Especially if you are leery about dentist!
