Aspen Dental helped me take care of my daughter's dental needs long distance. My daughter was attending camp in Bemidji and I was in Virginia when she was having dental pain. They were able to work with me and her camp to have her seen and taken care of promptly.

They say that they can service kids ages 6 and up, but then after we had my 9 year olds teeth cleaned, the dentist refused to fill his cavity and now we have to pay again to go to a different dentist. Definitely not kid friendly.

Went in to get a tooth removed. That never happened. I was in a lot of pain. They gave me an exam, told me my options. I said I came here to get a tooth removed. He said oh is that that bothering you. I said that's why I am here. He said oh that will be on your next visit. He gave me his card and said if it acts up on the weekend to call him because it would be cheeper than going to the emergency room. I left VERY DISAPPOINTED. Someone needs to close that place down what a joke

I went to this location witha emergency with two teeth that need to be taken out my face is swollen and i havent been able to eat for a week i was told that i would need to come back next week and that it would cost $568 bucks and that they would need half down to do anything . I dont know about you but who has 275$ laying around i sure dont.. very disappointing

I had one of the dentists that was there temporarily, laugh in my face about my teeth and say rude things about them. I went home cying and I found out other people had that experience with him also. Other saff was ok at the very best. Felt like they wanted to get you in and out as fast as possible. This place will try ANYTHING to get all your money. Extremely expensive and dishonest once I expanded to different places. Wish I could go back and stop myself from stepping foot in there.

I was truly impressed with the dental hygienist she was very professional and did a awesome job with my teeth cleaning and your new Dentist is amazing I told myself that after going to your bemidji location earlier that I would never go back the old dentist was so unprofessional but my coworker told me that you got a new dentist so I made a appointment and was very happy I did great staff there I highly recommend them

Three phone calls and a “I’m sorry, we don’t seem to have you on the schedule...” when I arrive at the office, and I still have not had my teeth cleaned. Then find out that I would have to make an appointment with the dentist and then schedule another appointment for cleaning later, which I was not informed about up front. Total waste of my time and money paying for a babysitter.
