I took my daughter for a check up for her first time ever n the assistant was amazing Brittany made her feel so comfortable and Dr. Lim was juz so welcoming n gentle they were soo professional im definitely comn back!

We go and sign in, My husband and I stand there for I’m not even exaggerating 5 minutes until two ladies directly in front of us on their computers acting SOO busy say “Did you have an appointment?” Not an acknowledgement or a hi welcome to familia dental, can you please wait while I do whatever I'm doing. Then she couldn’t find my appointment which i set two weeks prior, so the lady pulls up my insurance info and gets a phone call on her personal cell phone that she takes... hands me a paper to sign without any explanation that says $249. I said “Uh excuse me what am I signing?” She says as she put her cell phone to the side of her ear, oh that $249 if for your filling which was quoted $149 two weeks ago when I went to get a check up on my wisdom teeth and had to wait 2 hours on insurance info that never came and had to reschedule. I said I’m not getting a filling. She said yes I know but I put it on there. I said but I’m not getting a filling or paying you $249 but I will sign it. My husband called a day before our app to give his social security and ins since I knew last time it took them so long that I had to reschedule my app. Well they didn’t do anything when he called, so when they did make an effort to pull his ins they said he didn’t even have insurance and they supposedly called our HR department at our work to check. Our HR department said they never called.... WHY WOULD THEY LIE and why would my husband lie about having insurance? They didnt end up ever finding his insurance with his social security number and we just said forget it after an hour of wasting our time left. They were content with sending us on our way cause my husband supposidly did not have insurance when we work together at the same place and have the same plan. If they found mine why couldnt they find his? It was a nightmare. DO NOT go here.

Absolutely awful experience. I went for a simple cleaning and my mouth has never been in this much pain (and I had braces for three years). When I left, every tooth was bleeding and throbbing. Avoid this place!!!

i was very satisfied takeing my 3 yr old to Familia Dental. He is not a fan of goin to any doctors what so ever.At familia dental he did not cry one bit the doctor was very kind to him and was able to do all the work on him that he needed. We both left out of there satisfied

Would not recommend this place if your in pain. The first visit is pain management they give you meds and send you on your way no fixes and definitely no temporary fixes to get you through.

The doctors are great, highly recommend to get your braces done by Dr. Padilla. And the staff is amazing, they are always nice and very helpful.
