I had a broken and rotted tooth my number 19 molar and they were so helpful and they explained everything as they went along and before we even got started. Dr. Alvarado was absolutely the sweetest little lady and very descriptive to her coworkers as to what tools she needed and how and why she was doing certain movements and techniques. They are actually fair price wise if you dont have insurance. Definitely recommend anyone who doesn't have insurance to come here and let them take care of you.

I went in to get a bad wisdom tooth pulled and I was very pleased with the outcome all the staff were kind and professional and the Doctor pulled my tooth made it painless and I was pretty impressed how fast and gentle she was at the same time

I hated coming here. I've been coming here since I was a child because the staff would watch tv while doing their work and I would often get stabbed or mistakes would be made. I have noticed that there has been a large change in staff and my experience has changed significantly. Jamie Chavez and the other staff have been exceptional. They explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family. If you went in the past and had a bad experience, everyone is new, friendly and you should try coming again because the experience is completely different.

This place is pretty great. I took all 5 of my kids as new patients and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this place for sure! Very friendly, fast, and professional service.
Onus
They scheduled me for an appointment and everything was good to go. Come to find out a couple days before my appointment they called me and told me the doctor is leaving to partner up out of state and I no longer have an appointment. Maybe not schedule patients if your planning to move. Maybe not have your patients cancel plans and work to make time for the appointment. Idk how high of an iq you have to have in order to realize this but I guess foresight and common courtesy isnt their forte.

I think this place rocks. Dr Alvarado was super sweet and the assistants were really nice. I think everyone was very friendly. I will say the building is really old and needs a lot of updates. I will be back and I will tell my friends about this hidden gem!

Broke a tooth. Had to get an emergency appointment scheduled to relieve pain. Doctor and staff were friendly fast and efficient. Will be going back for all my dental needs from now on.

I was a little disappointed when I had to have a tooth pulled but they explained it very well and considering after that I had to have it pulled out because we were traveling thru and I couldn't come back for a root canal.
They took me in right away without any hesitations, Was nervous and the Nurse kinda put me at ease, the only thing she said was the shots were going to hurt and she was not kidding it HURT LIKE HELL the Doctor had the tooth pulled out within 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

A COMPLETE JOKE of a dentist. Went there last year to get a tooth pulled, paid almost $400. Only to find out this year that they screwed up. While pulling that tooth they scraped the neighboring tooth and a part of the filling came off. After going to a different dentist for pain, they discovered the filling piece is in fact UNDER the line of the healed up spot. It shows up on the xray! Great.... stay away from Familia Dental, otherwise other dentists have to clean up their messes for them

This was such a great place my son came and had to get some teeth pulled out and when I say they did amazing and they were fast . THANK U GUYS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK..
